Omega Seamaster 300 Co-Axial Master Chronometer Heritage | WatchReviewBlog.com
Taking a look at and reviewing the beautiful Omega Seamaster 300 Co-Axial Master Chronometer Heritage.
This a is a re-issue style Omega with a 1960's appearance. It has great proportions on wrist with stout lugs and a fairly slim case. The dial is lumed and is sporting a faux patina which we think looks very realistic. One amazing aspect of this Omega Seamaster 300 Co-Axial Master Chronometer Heritage is the exhibition caseback showing off in the in-house automatic movement.

Apparently the case body is 39.5mm wide, but there is about half a mm of overhang of the bezel on either side, which takes it up to 40.5mm, and they round it up to 41mm (manufacturers tend to round up not down). The more you know.

Thanks love it as well
Lovely watch, I've tried on this model. It is lovely, but I decided it was too big for my 6.5" wrist and went for the Tudor BB54 and could not be happier. It's rock solid, discreet and styling is so versatile it hurts!

Congrats, both great choices.
Not fake patina, sub dial is silver and patina is aged. Omega stated it will get darker.

What about Patina on the hands? I don't want the patina on the dial to get darker

@@thegorn they stated they used aged pigment to look authentic. I think their point was it’s not fake patina. I have this watch and it hasn’t darkened.
My favorite Omega. The bracelet should have brushed center links though, but that's just me.

This new model has brushed center links and polished outer links. Which is historically correct.

I would’ve preferred all brushed. But either way it’s such a gorgeous watch

Yeah, I bought it on strap in black as the bracelet was too blingy. Sort of wish I’d bought it on bracelet just so I had it as Omega want a fortune for them separately
i have the piece, its timeless love it
Yeah this one’s definitely for bigger wrists.

It would look more at home on a larger wrist than mine, probably 6.75 inches +.

Well, actually it's not. It can easily be worn on wrists of 16 cm.
I disagree, it looks a little too big for your 6.5inch wrist, same size as mine. I tried this on at a boutique recently and it was wearing larger then my 14060m sub. Omegas in general wear quite large and as a brand Omega has failed to adapt to market trend back toward smaller watcher between 36 to 39mm i.e. Rolex explorer. Lugs may be short but they don't curve, they jut out making this watch wear much bigger then it needs to be. This watch with curved lugs at 39mm would sell like hot cakes as a really nice sports watch. Oh well...such a beautiful dial but this watch needs work on its proportions.

Nah 100% disagree. I find it perfect for my wrist I wouldn’t want it any smaller

I agree, it does look a bit too big for him. I spose as long as he’s happy that’s the main thing. I have an 8inch/20cm wrist and it sits fine on me.
The faux patina ruins it
Horrible stone
