All my life I hated the thought that non-Muslims had to pay the Jizia- the protection tax. I thought it unfair. Today was the first time I heard it was not only less than zakat (which is only 2.5% itself) but it exempted non-Muslims from service in the army. This brought me to tears. This was not a burdensome tax at all. In fact it’s beyond fair. I hate that I didn’t know this. SubhanAllah

When we are so busy with western education , we are also failing to learn the beauty of our Deen , and sometimes we are the one who cast misunderstandings to our own Deen because we are ignorant to our Deen 😢 Instead of learning it and spreading its goodness .. we won't understand because we don't spend effort to learn it ourselves..

“I’m a good Muslim. If anything good is said about our beloved Prophet in our holy books then I’ll say it’s true. At the same time if anything bad is said about our Holy Prophet then I’d say those are unreliable, misinterpreted and untrue.” Unfortunately, most sincere and truth-seeking Muslims are committed to reciting their Al-Fatiha, 5 times every day. Our words are potent. What you say repeatedly to yourself is more compelling than what someone else tells you. This is why it’s almost impossible, to convince a devout praying Muslim, that Mohammed has flaws or that God’s nature isn’t necessarily constrained into a singular entity, or that Christians are not deceived, or that Jews are not cursed. What we repeatedly say to ourselves, regardless of its validity, becomes our truth and belief. Be careful what you recite. 🙏🏾

Thank you for these videos, through your excellent explanations of the history of the sahaba (ra) and the life of the prophet (pbh), allah (swt) has revived and strenghtened my deen. I feel more close to allah than ever after learning all of this, and has made me practice islam with more certainty and consistency. I pray that allah (swt) gives me the strength to carry on. The hukum of praising a person in islam is “Harus” but with the condition that the praise is on the thing that is true and not a lie. Similarly, the praise should be in a state that does not bring fitnah to the person being praised and does not cause the person to feel ‘ujub (proud).

May Allah guide us, unite us, keep us firm and grant us just rulers till the day of judgement. Ameen

I've never had enough of qutbas.All the muslim Uma should treasure these sermons with pride.This last qutba about Omar made shed tears. The life of the Kalif Omar is an example for all the Uma. Devoid both of arrogance and harmful pride that lead to our downfall. O, reward Sheikh Omar Suleymane with the highest reward. Ameen, yaa Mujjeebu!

Ameen to the duas 🤲🤲🤲🤲🤲.... jazakallah really insightful Umar RA. justice rule and humility second to none and which up to now it’s being implemented “ it’s being adopted in England for years as we have/had a very good supports for the elderly welfare income for the poor and child benefits.....but unfortunately people have abused it as well as politically eradication due to greed.

We were the most humiliated people on earth and God gave us honour through Islam. If we ever seek honour through anything else, God will humiliate us again. Umar ibn Al-Khattab So powerful statement and now we are seeing the condition of the Ummah… Muslims we should get better and get back to the right path, we need to strengthen our emaan and actions, ibaadah etc, if we want to be victorious once again.
