Bubbles was one of the smartest dudes on the show, no doubt. dumb ppl would just see him as a dumb worthless junkie. but he was hella smart, and he knew how to manipulate EVERYONE even the cops. Bubbles was my hero back in the day cuz he was a good hearted junkie. There are so many good actors in this show. The real crime however is drug prohibition.
