How do you record without it making a clicking noise??

This camera is excellent for the backpack. You just can't beat the features this thing has on it! I don't do any scuba diving or nothing of the sort but when I got to get that shot in the rain, at the beach by the incoming waves or even at the water park, I know I have a camera that can take all the elements with ease and produce a great shot! I even have the Olympus TG-Traker to keep the TG-5 company in my backpack!

I have the tough tg-4 bought it whilst backpacking australia! brilliant bit of kit.. shame the lcd screen scratches as easy as it does though

1:52 "Up to 30 feet..." Actually, it's rated to 50 feet. (And if you want to go deeper, there's an available Olympus housing that's rated to 45 meters/147 feet.)

I gave my TG3 to my 6yr old grandson after I bought the TG5.

Good review. How does it perform in low light? Did you test that out. Please post a video with in under those conditions please. Haven't seen a video on KZread testing the low light capabilities with this camera.

I handed the camera back already. The performance in low light was decent at best. If it was on a tripod you could come away with some acceptable images. Handheld at night... was no good!

Hello. Please tell me what size lens (Olympus Tough TG-5)? 1.What nozzles and filters available to buy? Please list all that will fit to this model. 2.Is there a (Olympus Tough TG-5) adapter-adapter for a larger or smaller filters by size? 3.If you can please advise the link to order the adapter, attachments, filters, macro lens. as far as i know, the tg-5 does not allow of adapters or additional lenses.

Can you make a video comparision between Olympus TG-4 and TG-5, some of review still said TG-4 is better than TG-5?

thank you much! the battery life was great, but once you hit that video button it doesnt hold up very well.

I was very surprise to know that the tripod mount on this camera is made of plastic. For the price of the camera the tripod mount should be made of metal.

People always want metal for their electronics these days and I think that's one of the reasons they jack the prices up so much when manufacturers use it.. look at the price of iPhones now compared to say iPhone 4s, it's crazy.. ppl don't realise U can get some cheap ass poor quality metals tho
