This slideshow video consists of photos and songs of the final Mass celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Church on May 19, 2024. We are grateful to Bishop Mark Bartosic, as the presider, Fr. Manny Dorantes, Fr. Mike Shanahan and other notable clergy. The Mass began with a May Crowning as tradition and ended with a procession to St. Mary of the Lake. Alumni who participated in the final Mass are named in the video including Luis Galvez Jr., well-known tenor from Class of 1978. The alumni community has deep ties to the parish and lifelong friendships. The legacy of Our Lady of Lourdes lives in Christ through the unified St. Mary of the Lake and Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. St. Mary of the Lake Church is very welcoming. Blessed Virgin Mary, please pray for us.
