This should have been a number one hit, just because of the words and melody, let alone being by one of the greatest artists of all time.

this is the book for someone like me who is on the edge of moderate to deep depression. Real advise, real examples, a real understanding of what depression really FEELS like. Easy to read, so many suggestions that make sense and are easy to follow. I have read and reread this wonderful little book, so much yellow underlining, so much doable suggestions. when things get squirmy again, down comes MY book, my pages, my meaningful sentences and paragraphs. I sigh a deep sigh, I know that just by rereading my passages I will remember and become grounded again.
