For real! I know I could not just walk up to a pole and throw myself around like that. People that can work the pole are complete athletes.

god, i just love dance performances in general so much. I dance strictly ballet, but during it ive developed a huge appreciation for dance forms in general, especially ones that require a high level of strength and flexibility. this is literally so cool
