I will say, for the people talking about how pale he is, a lot of the difference comes in the shading, which is more light grey on his person, while the portrait is a natural pale skinned shading. The base colours, from just a glance, I'm not gonna bother with a colour picker, but I would probably guess the base colours would be somewhat similar, just with the base colour of his person being far more desaturated to help compliment the grey.

A lot of English Vocaloids are hard to understand (though its a little easier with Oliver, because his accent has more of a British ring to it than a Japanese one) so whenever I cover an English song of theirs, I always have to have my headphones on so I can hear when they actually sing~ Oliver's my favorite Vocaloid, though, so I don't care as much that I don't understand him clearly

oatmealturtlez Ok... I typed a lot, but it disappeared.... So to keep it simple, it's because of opening-up (Japan is one of the earliest). So Japan is on the more open side on these kind of anti-humanity stuff. 人間失格 (lose qualification as human?? um...)　which is about a sucidal guy is actually a classic must read literature in Japan. That's why we see all the hentai and this kind of insane stuff popular in Japan. And you can't see this all over bookstores in the more religious countries like China(sex & gore are touchy topics) or India(I dunno much about this one...)

Fantasy Bloodstained vocaloid has nothing to do with Japanese culture. last time i checked vocaloid was a synthetic singing software... And this is an English vocaloid. and the song itself doesnt have anything to do with japanese culture either. the song is about bullying (this is how i personally interpreted it) look at the lyrics more closely with the idea of bullying and it makes sense "Remember the faces that you've betrayed?" "Have you ever stopped being jealous?" "Happiness built up on others' misfortunes" and the writer of the song wrote in the description "Why bother dressing up if we already are monsters?" which shows like being a monster inside and stuff.... 1. Vocaloid came from Japan and is most popular+advanced there. That is why most songs are Japanese. And Oliver is made by Japanese people (the same persons who made Hatsune Miku), he's a Vocaloid 3. 2. It's not bullying obviously. Someone stabbed Oliver in the back and he probably came back from the death, or sth like that, for revenge and all that stuff, considering the Halloween atmosphere this song gives out. I think this is a song similar to 'Trick and Treat'. 3. Composer is a niconicoP, aka, a composer from a Japanese website. It's just that s/he also uploads her/his song on YT. So.... I'm pretty much sure that this song would be affected by the Japanese culture....
