I'm 15 years sober but when I hear this song many of the old pain and shame come back to life. The beautiful haunting sound of your fiddle is absolute gold . I would love to see both perform together on stage

Went through a 4 year oxycontin addiction after my fiancé was shot and killed. Got sober off that now for 8 years. Then lost my dad in 2020 when i was 29 and he was 62 and i drank myself to death almost. I have 2 years sober now and the sturggle and pain i went through has no words!

I don't know of a duo more gorgeous than these two. I absolutely love, love, love this. Ayla, your accompaniment is hauntingly beautiful.

This is so beautiful. It's just what I needed today. Struggling with addiction myself.... my only criticism and this is no fault of your own, really, is that the audio mixing isn't quite right. The solution: A studio recording with both of you together. I want to see a real collaboration with both of you amazing artists. I'm moved by this.

@@ayla.schofield It's not your typical genre, but I know the singers and songwriters, and I think you'll do it justice and have something great, and unexpected.

You're violin playing is great and you singing with him is amazing but you are overplaying here a bit don't play when he sings or lower the volume of the violin. Also raise your voice a bit in the mix just my 2 cents

I get you sound great with him but you actually take away from what the song actually is. It changes it.........

I NEVER found it ironic that a rich man drinks for pleasure of success and a poor man drinks over the pain of that rich mans success!!!!!!!! Come on JESUS!!!!!!!! This world is ready!!!!!!!
