Imagine walking in the park at night and someone shines this absolute laser beam on you 🤣 love the beam pattern on this one

After reading comments beneath various X4 videos (which is where I learned about this), I can confirm that the Thyrm Switchback DF (Dual Fuel) tactical ring and pocket clip combo accessory that I had installed on my Surefire DFT Fury Tactical 18650-powered flashlight DOES fit perfectly on the Olight Warrior X4 (once the Olight’s tactical grip ring is removed, which is easily done), despite the Olight utilizing the larger diameter 21700 battery in the X4. Additionally, if you disregard the resulting redundancy, the X4 with the Thyrm DF-specific Switchback installed will STILL snap securely into the X4’s factory belt holster with the tactical ring facing outward and the pocket clip facing inward, nesting into the holster’s concave channel where the flashlight is meant to rest while holstered. However, since both the Thyrm Switchback AND the X4’s factory holster each have an integrated belt/pocket clip, using the factory holster becomes redundant and therefore, arguably, unnecessary. This is definitely an outdoor flashlight. The low is to bright for indoor or night use.

The only thing I miss on this light is the possibility to have access to both turbo and strobe in the same configuration! I would use this light as a dedicated self defence tool. And being able to first blind an attacker with turbo and then disorient them with strobe while running away is essential. Medium mode is simply not enough 😕

Can you compare against the olight javelot mini please.

Please do a comparison of this light with a T8 plus and an MH25pro if you can

He forgot to zero his calipers, check the linear scale in video it shows actual size.

I have it with me here and the UI of this flashlight is demential to say the least. What if I need the 300lumen to walk in a forest at night, not even saying 5 lumens to watch a map, and access strobe mode fast for self defense from animals? Also the tailcap button doesn't have a distinct behavior like the warrior X Pro. It's mushy.

It does have a 300 lumen mode. And if you’re going into a forest you should always have a backup light, maybe something that can be used for map reading. They have a small one with neutral white which is better for it and it also has UV. Otherwise get a Javelot. It has pretty much everything but UV.

Can the grip be removed at the end of flashlight? I’m afraid it’ll be in the way for the mount on my rifle ?
