I bought the TK16 v2, as it doesn't have the external charging port to complicate things.... It's a great torch but I find AA torches are best for everyday use, are easier to hold of and have the practicality of easy to find batteries if away from home (ie camping etc)
I prefer my warmer tinted Olights, but they all do the same job at night, more or less. I have 2 M2R Pros that are completely different. My DT M2R has a very warm tint, my blue M2R has a cooler tint. Side by side on turbo, I had to check if the blue one was on.
I have the wuben t4 and I put the tactical ring upside down and that works really good. My hands are XL so I can say I agree with you on that one. I am picking this on up soon. I think for a super bright tactical and small light, you can't go wrong with this one. I have two nextorch lights and they are super high quality. Worth every penny!
that is a such a B S to listen to you
Got to love armytek pro max
the three things to consider in defense light 1. candela...takes minimum 200k candela to blind in daylight 2. spill/lumen...you need it to do actuallt light area 3. physical aspect....a. big enough to manipulate..b..sturdy enough to bash something...c...easy switch to use.....i carry a Z Bolt Blazer LEP with spot/flood diffuser. or Amutorch LEP BT35 with Villain Diffuser Flood/spot
Where’s the t2 and t2 tac comparison??
With the TT20 spill, you won't miss seeing something as you might with the sharper beam.
My favorites are the older 125 lm Fenix LD12 and the newer Fenix E20 V2.0. What I don't like on the LD12 is the side button, I wish it was like the E20 just back clicks and on the E20, I don't like the neutral white temperature, I wish it was slightly cooler. Other than that, both are GREAT lights. I use Energizer rechargables and they last so long, that I always forget, when was the last time I used newly charged batteries on these lights.
Recently subbed mate! Cheers🔦☀️
The fact they don't have an 18350 option and max output at 325 lumens is a hard pass from me.
It will work perfectly if it has 500-800lm and a good clip as a default for rolling prevention.
With a Rotary the Streamlight ProTac 1L and 2L Pocket Clip fits perfectly. Like it was made for it. Not as high quality as HDS, but it functions great.
Sorry...I clicked off at 325 lumens. Not that that's bad. It's just not good.
Agree, by today standard; where light pollution is everywhere,i'd consider 325 lumens as illumination for a walk, not for temporary blinding any agressor.
I've had a HDS Systems EDC Pro since about 2009 !!! Never let me down !!!
I'm a retired Detective, and in 20 years, I have never had strobe utilized to any effective degree. It's just not something that is thought about on a whim or used often. As for what I prefer between these two EDC lights, I would pick the Arkfeld just because of the additional features that it brings to the table. While I may not have alot of use in the civilian world for a UV light, the laser would certainly come in handy. I have used all of the major brands; Surefire, Streamlight, Olight, Fenix, Nitecore, etc - and they're all pretty good.
Great review, 👍👍
Hi, friend. It looks like a great flashlight, but it is worth double or more than a Wurkkos with the same LED and lumens. I do not know if you have tried the Mataminco FT02, the vintage appearance. I bought it recently and it seems to me a cool. Worthy of being in your collection. It is available in Banggood and Aliexpress (I do not make an announcement or spam) and I think you would like. Greetings from Spain.
Thanks for the comparison Michael.👍
Hate the battery charging. I wanna plug right in the light.
Many thanks for considering the female experience. Many reviewers only speak to men (annoying) or give their (male) opinions only. Kudos.
I have the signature version and I like the switch selection ring for selecting output levels. I wish they had a signature version of the p5r
Man the tail stand compatibility is killing me. I want it but don't want v2 shit guess I'm getting both
I dedomed mine, the tint is beautiful now
Does anybody know if I can use the p23i on this p20ix holster? Thanks
Why not a Body Guard?
Hi,can you suggest FL with yellow light,tq.
If you ever wanna move on the copper let me know, its a great flashlight :)
Are you familiar with the bakers hat i wonder if it would fit on the bb8 i love that little stubby grip my Lh8 is gonna be here tomorrow im excited except i order the bb8 and tail cap i only got the body so im looking at one of those baker hats for sure fire to go on the back of the bb8 they look hella cool and you can put tritium in each corner if the hat as well. EBAY Lumens factory SWO1 TRI SLOTTED VERY COOL!!! E SERIES SURE FIRE TOO!!
It’s an E switch. Great lights!
Thank you 👍
Something about Weltool just looks military grade. fkn love it
I just bought the brand new PD32R. Fantastic flashlight. 135 mm, 1400 lumens and 29588 candela is great for me, powerful with autonomy (for self defense and multy daily purpose), silent tail switch. The usb port is no more with the rubber band, better protection (you have to unscrew). We often talk about the PD36 (great one too) but this PD32 true hidden gem, i agree
Like the Tool 3.0 Titanium, the fine grip is awesome. A really nice EDC light with Osram P9 LED… Great Job from Lumintop.
My flashlight obsession started with lumintop
anduril
I have been searching high and low and have been unsuccessful in finding any answers, but is the t17 the only one that accepts a thyrm switchback? I’m trying to find a high candela light that will accept a thyrm. Ideally, without all the silly extra “tactical” modes. Looking at you strobe….. A high with MAYBE a low mode would be perfect, but I am willing to concede in the mode arena if it means I’m not stuck with a 15k candela light 🙃
I know this vid has been up for over a year, all the better reasons to ask if you've found a better all round tactical flashlight? I'm eyeing this p23i and part of the reason is that its on sale for quite a bargain here. But I'd want a tool that that I would actually use. My phone with a case weights around 250g.. And I'd prefer to lessen my loads on my pocket. I've been looking into some 18650 choices but I tried and cannot use lights with both a tail and a side switch. I dont know how they became so popular and how are people okay with constantly changing their grip? Internal batteries suck. But what are your opinions on the edc33 as an edc all purpose somewhat tactical light? Thanks.
Ps the pocket clip is weak and it’s worth glueing
Awesome dude, love this light 👍🏻
Do a giant unboxing video of all the streamlights!!! Probably good for views, definitely good for us flashlight addicts
I cannot fucking wait for these upcoming streamlight reviews this is about to be insane
I will surely buy this light !!! 😎 Cheers!
6:20 Best output with 3 volts non rechargeable cr123a? Are you sure? It is impossible, maybe you wanted to say best runtime since any 14500 or 16360 will offer up to 4,2 volts out of the charger, nominal 3,7v.
Yeah i was confused about that too. But the documents i have read about this light say best output is cr123. Maybe it is the same as a rechargeable 16340 or 14500
I used the other version of this light as my woods hunting light...Best head mount light I've ever owned
This takes AA and AAA too..
FINALLY A STREAMLIGHT ON THE CHANNEL
Plenty more coming mate!!
@@flashlightcrazy look forward man!! Ive bought a few lights thanks to your reviews.
Glad to see you starting to review Streamlights. They're one of my favs. But I don't think they officially recommend any battery over 3.0v in the 1L-1AA [like rechargeable Li-Ion]. So if you want the [close-to] 350 lumens of a cr123 but use a rechargeable, I use the Olight 2.4v from the I5R. Works great. Not quite 350 but appears close. Also, check out the 2L. It is a slightly lengthened 1L-1AA. It takes two cr123's but it also takes a 16650!! It's a real sleeper in their pro-tac lineup!!
Can you use a rechargeable CR123A battery?
He says yes, I'm not so sure without risking to fry the emitter or circuit board. In any case what you say is called 16340
@@newhuskytwenty As long as its not a fully charged one yes it is fine. Even if it fully charged it wont fry it but it will behave strangely. More of a backup option which I should have stated more clearly. i am sorry for that
