Great review, thanks from NZ. Any idea what range were those objects (eg the tree protectors)in the test?

I own both and love them. Wish the X4 used the same remote switch as the Turbo. I would have bought the kit for it as well if I had known they weren't interchangeable. Do you know how to remove the pocket clip on the turbo? The instructions are vague and I can't work out.

great video, exactly what i was looking for, i lost my Turbo and was not sure if the 35% less distance mattered with the X4... since i already ordered the X4 last night your video made me a bit sad lol but i still hope it will be a great way to left my seeker3 at home instead of always having the seeker and turbo with me. still nothing close to the throw of the turbo, such an impressive little light

The X4 light is very impressive. I own both. I actually have the X4 as a spotlight on my firearm.

Can you do a comparison between the warrior x4 and the weltool t8 plus please.

I never hunted or ever will, i used AK47 for training as a teenager and in the Romanian Army. Im curious about the tactical lights, if 100-200meters is the distance you need lights, would not a lighter and smaller head flshlight as Acebeam L17 would be alot better? And going to extreme, a Lumintop GTA?! I own a monster AcebeamK75 and what i noticed is that the light is so bright that i dont see well at distance. And if the beam hit some tree or anything close, the glare is even worse. My point is: pure blood thrower in the woods, bigger point on the plaines. Again, my experience with guns to kill animals is zero.

Considering that the Kalashnikov is better suited for relatively shorter distances, a thrower that goes 1,000 metres is too much. The Warrior X is more suited for tactical use. This one has 3 brightness levels and you see get more peripheral light so you easily see if any danger comes at you outside the hotspot. The Warrior X range is designed for military, law enforcement and security purposes and can also be used perfectly well for hunting too. It’s also more rugged with its smaller lens and 2metre drop, so handy for CQB if you don’t have a firearm or combat knife to hand. If it’s more distance that you want, maybe for checking a long distance perimeter wall or out in the wild then the Warrior Turbo is nicer. That narrow beam and throw exceeds the X4. Even for hunting though, realistically your don’t need more that 250metres. Just spotting or lamping. Just ordered the Javelot Turbo for 1300 metres because I need the distance for spotting but for within 500 metres I use a Warrior X. I used Olight because since I’ve never had a single issue for many years with their lights, I haven’t seen the need to try other brands. Maybe in future though I might. All the best.
