    16:19 I believe the Bipolar cells of the olfactory neurons release Glutamate, Glutamate inhibit the olfactory cell through autoinhibiting the mGluR receptor on its own presynaptic terminal. This leads to blockage of voltage gated calcium channels thus less depolarization + no glutamate release
