You paint like I cook. No recipe just mix it up. Funny that I'm watching this video even though I'm doing it late. I've been eyeballing this lamp in my basement. Ugliest lamp ever. Has a good shape though, so I've been planning on painting it. Mine has a very glossy finish because it's ceramic. So I've been contemplating the color and my approach. So watching you work that's giving me some ideas. Good job on your lamps. I kind of like very tall table lamps. Have a few of my own. But thanks for the video and the ideas. And as always you guys make something that's okay into something grand. 👍

Just an afternoon. 😊 we put them in the sun on the porch to dry in between coats of paint

Oh wow🤩wish we could find something like that here in the bush. Everything I’d love to buy here cost the ‘(bomb)’ before I could flip and make a profit. I love these items❣️

No the bonding agent is just to keep it from chipping. P

Before the wash they were incredible. The wash made them OOo, ahhh!!! What's the difference between salt wash and baking soda texture?

Salt wash doesn’t change color or the properties of the paint adhesion. I find it helps the paint bond even better in most cases and the texture dries really hard
