I used retreads on my garbage trucks. Much cheaper, would last almost as long as a new one. I only used them in the rear. Front tires were always new ones.

@@dacat8171 no doubt but with dual twin axles a recap coming undone is highly unlikely to cause much of an issue. A front tire blowing on the other hand could depending on speed and direction. Never had one come apart anyway.

Когда отдельные колеса у грузовика заклинивают после торможения и идут юзом по асфальту они начинают гореть и разбираться на части , любое колесо когда идёт юзом по асфальту начинает разбираться , не зависимо от того новое это колесо или старое восстановленное .

فعلا احسنت و علي هذا ايضا يقومون بغش جميع الإطارات لكل السيارات بأنواعها و اشكالها وللأسف يوجد تجار يعلمون بنوعيه الإطار المغشوش و يروجوا المنتج بأسعار عاليه مع العلم ان الدول التي تعيد تدوير الإطارات تروجه بسعر اقل مع توضيح ان المنتج مُعاد تدويره اما في اوطاننا يبيعوه علي انه منتج جديد اول مره استخدام

Itu ban vulkanisir bro. Biasanya dipakai pada armada kendaraan berat untuk menghemat biaya penggantian ban. Kendaraan berat biasanya ga bisa kencang, karena ban vulkanisir rawan lepas lapisan vulkanisirannya jika kendaraan melaju kencang karena ban mengalami panas berlebihan.

Да не ходят они, сам тоже на них поездил, когда наши старые шины обменяли на восстановленные, наша фирма думала что здорово сэкономили, за неделю из 100шин восстановленных осталось 10где то штук и их выкинули нахрен. Это полная шляпа а не шины.

😊😊в студенчестве я сам этим делом занимался, в Грузии, прпвда для легковых. только резина была сплошная без протектора - форму принимала в печи, у которого и была форма протектора. Но опасно ! протектор может отклеиться, он только на клей и держится. если где то видели полосу шин, так это и было. Всем мира !

They are clearly retreads, virgins look different where the tread meets the Casing. There is no Betrayal or Misbranding of the Retreads. It’s so obvious that once you see a Virgin and a retread side by side you’ll notice the difference

The road safety statistics there absolutely bear this out, sadly.

I used to work in a huge warehouse that also contained a retreading facility. This is in Texas, and it got SO hot in there!!

Сейчас есть станки для восстановления шин,стоит не мало,на 8 шин более 50 000$ там целая линия . Тем более выгодный бизнес,а эти шины ещё походят,новые с магазина рвёт при неправильной эксплуатации.

Early in the 70s I only bought retreads, they did great.

Recaps are great for trucks and trailers as long as their on the drive axles and the trailers only you don’t want them on the front axle or steer axle at all cause when the cap comes apart it’ll shred the front of your fiberglass hood into tiny little pieces

I worked for a big tire company with a strict rule to "never mount retreads" so we didn't have to argue with people about not putting them on the front, liabilities, guarantees on workmanship etc. They'd still argue with us every time though 😄

I've seen plenty all over the roads. I don't doubt its low risk for an 18 wheel vehicle to lose one. They're not the ones who have to dodge them or risk their life retrieving them from a 6 lane highway.

its not ideal since the original tire has already been through many heat cycles and has been exposed to the elements for so long. The Tire will more than likely fail before the treads themselves wear down.

pelo que eu já observei e conversei com pessoal do ramo, são pneus que não aguentam longas viagens (acima de 300km) em alta velocidade sem paradas para usos q o pneu não seja exigido por tantas horas seguidas até que funcionam bem
