I never got comedown I'd just carry on then about 3days later not a,comedown just a crash bang wallop and sleep for 24 hours straight I was stupid not knowing when to stop had to go work Monday on awful comedown one or twice

Never seeing them again is what really gets me. Some of the most amazing people I've met have been at doofs and I'm bummed out every time I remember the conversations and how I may not ever see them again.

Coming home after a big rave is actually surreal, you still have the pounding music in your head even though it’s quiet and you might catch yourself dancing on after bring home for a few hours already.

There was many raves that ended in violence. So while it is not true that raves were a threat as per say the government and authorities at the time did have a concern based in something.

Youth is a golden coin that you can never find again once you lose it. Live life.

All the people saying it's weird that they're still dancing without music have never really raved. Everyone should understand this feeling, it's so carnal.

I grew up in the 90s and let me tell you, it was a lot better. People wasn't so obsessed with social media, KZread wasn't invented, and the megadrives and then ps1 was our fun,. Things was a lot simpler back then not as much worry circulating around. People didn't worry about what brand clothes they had on. People talked more, everything was much cheaper. . . . Movies and shows and music was at its best in the 90s but as like most I took it for granted as a kid I didn't quite understand that everything will change in time when you living it you think this is it forever. And then things change . . . Oh man I miss my 90s.

trevor kleinschmidt thing about European market is that like almost all the pills come from thr netherlands. In Netherlands it's alowed to have 1 pill on yourswlf and you won't get into any trouble. So the manufacturers cram as much MDMA into them as possible and add a break line, so you can dose yourself safely

@@joekerr5705 After 2004, an ingredient called "safrole" which was sourced from Russia became unavailable to other countries. It was key to produce pure MDMA. Ever since then, all you get in pills is a mix of MDA + speed which is not comparable. If you haven't done pills prior to 2004 then you haven't done proper MDMA before.

@@dotheyfloat9961 That's true for the period 2004 - 2011. In this period a lot of the pills didn't even have mdma in them. But then chemist found another way to do it with PMK-Glycidat from China. Wich makes basically the same mdma. So it's just a myth that the pills where harder back then. The normal dose in the 90s where 50-90 mg, wich is nothing compared to today.

They were the Best Days. No Mobiles, No Internet (on mass like today) You had to go to a Pe determined Garage forecourt or Motorway Services just find out where It was going to be held. and then there where sometimes more than one to Put the Police off. But they pretty well knew Who they were. Brilliant Days I used to Dj with Smokey Joe check Him Out. He was followed round and filmed by the BBC In a Program Just called RAVE. We were doing the First Legal Rave. You Know the one that killed the Scene for everyone. It Is On Here somewhere check It Out. Magic.

All we wanted to do was come together and dance the night away. and all the ingredients fell into place like the perfect jigsaw puzzle, the music, the drugs, the vibe and attitude, we were all one, no animosity, no rivalries, just loved up people having the time of our lives. That said, this party was a bit of a let down, we all thought the party would actually be in the house, not outside in big tops, where it was utterly freezing that night unless you danced the night away, which we did of course, but this was my last fantasia, though looking back, this was one hell of a rave, unity was key!

Sitting here thinking, "these were the best days of my life, I wanna go back"...but so sad that I can't cause it's not the same anymore.

90s come back for the love of God...

being in heaven and then going back to your normal life is a trauma i dont think ive ever really recovered from.

I completely agree with you friend. I don't know but looking back for some reason. the people in the 90s just had more freedoms to do and say stuff. The law was less opressive back then. Todays kids have more equall rights in law but are bound by anti free speak and hurt feelings police who will put your sorry ass in jail just for making a silly little joke or comment about a true matter of injustice. People today are seriously over controlled generally. People today don't have free speak and can't do stuff we took for granted in the 90s and in many ways this scares me.

Sunrise, Helterskelter, Fantasia, Astoria, Amnesia farmers fields, wharehouses ( what a sound that was ) aircraft hangers, Hacienda, XTC ( as pure as it ever was ) Tabs, Amil Nitrate ( oh the smell :) ), whizz, speed, pink champagne. Trailers of speakers, wide eye's, happy faces, prominent jaws, hugs, ( down south - All white M8 ). Who wouldn't pay £15 back in the late eighties for the feeling of a 4 hour orgasm in your eyes. My modern day life still propped up by this amazing thing - House Music - I wouldn't change those years or this shit that followed as I'm guilty as charged - A veteran raver when a rave was 'A Rave' not something trying to be one. Love to you all who experienced this.

OMFG ITS ME AT 2:28 This was my last rave, i went to a 2 others two years back. My friend overdosed 3 days after this festival. As it took us a good week or two to finish our binge. After my best friend passed away from a overdose i shut myself off from the world. Stopped drugs went to to school and studied like my life depended on it. I felt like i owed my best friend a result with life, a house, wife , kids and money. I have achieved 10 fold. 6 digit saving beautiful wife and 1 boy who i named justin after my best friend. You have no idea how hard it is to type this as my memory and the reason i see myself today is in this exact upload. I have downloaded this to keep i hope the uploader doesnt mind. And with that i leave a little advice for anyone who reads this, dont wait for a tragedy to happen to become positive. If only me and my best mate justin put our heads down we both could of been happy. You know sometimes i look around me and see what i have and feel like it means absolutely nothing. Such a weird feeling and this upload is my life as i stand rite now. Thank you to who ever uploaded this thank you.

The last greatest era of mankind, it all went wrong after this, thank God I was a teen in the early 90s, I may have missed the clubs being too young, but we had our fun around camp fires in the woods and Glen's of glanmire Cork city with no our cd players banging out the tunes, drinking our 2 litres of cider and off our heads on xtc, probably better than the club experience, Love you all my brothers and miss these times

Fantazia '93 in Glasgow was my 1st ever rave...had just turned 18 and had the most amazing time of my life. Night I'll never forget...which is funny cos I can't remember much about it. Ultrasonic.
