Nice GTO AMC9L....had three of those puppies growing up....a 66- 389 Tri power 4-speed, a 66-389 power glide (was at local junkyard grabbing a trans about every month or two, lol) and a 67-400 dual gate turbo 400. Enjoyed the video like always.....today, was 29 earlier with 12 chill....that is cold for the coast of NW Florida.....

It's 36 in Chicago finally it's getting warmer.

That rumbling sound is music to me. We used to roll in a Pinto with a390ci pulled the front wheels off the ground!!! You didn’t drive but launched this thing!!! No replacement for displacement!!!!

Hey AutoMotoCha9L... you do the best drag race videos on the interweb! May I request a small favor? Could you film some races from the end of the track, just for perspective? I've been following drag racing forever but very rarely does one get to see the finish line or the cars deaccelerating! I know it's just an optical illusion, but it never looks like the cars have enough room to slow down!

As a mopar guy, that duster needs some ladder bars, and about 500 more horsepower, to justify $3000 worth of rear wheels and tires

4:43 ​@@FIVE-0-APOCALYPTO the rims are over a $1000 each. Are the tires free? Weld double beadlocks START at $1169 ea, in a two year old summit catalog. What are they now, $1300 each? If he bought new, easily $3000 worth of wheels and tires.

Saw another video of this same Duster. It looked like he found that 500 horsepower. Made a 200 ft power wheelstand.
