Man I really love that Viking press machine Early 90s are used to go to a Boys and Girls Club and they had that machine still to this very day I go around Visiting different Gyms 💪 trying to find that piece of equipment I love the way it feels and how it works the front shoulder delts

You guys should have sponsored Dorian Yates back in the day. He fits the Animal theme well, No bullshit, just heavy weight and intensity. His training videos were also black and white. I've also read that during his bulking diet during 1996-1998 he used Milk and egg protein mixed in skim milk in his bulking diet.

more like Animal brought their production crew to film a legend workout with the purpose of a youtube video, shit happens when you're a sponsored athlete

I would train in an old school gym but the old school gyms near me are all shit. The equipments are broken, stuck/can't be adjusted, stiff. The bars are thin and light. It's just complete shit. I wish I could train in old school/hardcore gyms with still good equipments.

Says he works out at the gym and doesn't treat the place like it's a popularity contest, gawking at other bodybuilders. Then says right after, he works out right before he goes to the gym. Why? Because you want to look swolen so other people can see you duh.
