Pretty thorough testing. I usually just wire it up on a bench and listen.

Dude, you should've got the KnuKonceptz OFC power/ground wire. The CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) version that you got is junk! Hence the cheap price tag as opposed to it's OFC counterpart. CCA gets too hot too quick, current transfer is inefficient which equates into bigger voltage drops ie dimming lights when the bass hits & more blown fuses You'd need 3 runs off 4 gauge CCA to equal what you'd get in a single run of OFC. Like the old saying goes...you get what you pay for.
