I hear you. All these years I have been wishing the two of them can finally be happy together. But that could only really happen if the franchise is ended. Everything going on always drags them apart. The only other Liu Kang and Kitana seen together as a couple and not torn apart by fate are the Revenants in MKX and MK11. But they're evil in that form.

yes and no. you see they aren't there to fight to protect the other timelines, they are there to make sure Shang Tsung doesn't erase theirs. Quan Chi hates Shang Tsung more than he loves Liu Kang. Shao Kahn sees himself as the ONLY one worthy to rule and will do anything to overthrow Shang Tsung. its a alliance of temporary convience.

I'm pretty sure Erron Black (in MK 11 game) didn't get any new powers, so if EB was in MK1 he'd just be a guy shooting Gods, Titans and timekeepers (Or they could just find a timeline, that Erron actually chose to use the hourglass or something, but Normal Erron fighting Gods seems way more fun)

as cool as having everything being canon in multiple timelines, i do miss the simple story lines of mortals fighting creatures, sorcerers, 4 armed monsters, gods and dragons at a tornament.

The irony of Thor’s most frequent voice actor playing “Thunder God” Raiden is hilarious.

The choreography in the cutscenes is perfect. It is in line with the actual strength and abilities of the characters. Such a step up from some of the garbage fights in mk11. Characters here are actually moving quick, evading, hitting hard and using their powers.

Mk9-11 Kitana, Kung Lao and Raiden are my favorites, I missed them so much. If Old Raiden still had his voice from the 3 last games it would've been more epic, but I'm just glad he's back 😄 at least Liu kang and the others still have their voice actors. And I've been waiting so long for Kitana and Liu kang's kiss 😆 this Kitana will always remain his and it explains why he didn't interacted a lot with his new era one which is good, all Mk11 endings are even canon along the Snow blind movie

I like the fact that titan shang didn't think of a multiverse but the only person who did was him in this current universe

Not only does this mean every ending is canon including ones we didnt see, it also means Kronika is still out there somewhere with the "OG" timeline. Also, I wish the titans were more easily distinguishable. In the final battle its impossible to tell whos a titan and whos a variant at times.

Kronika is a Titian and Titian’s are outside of time. They said in the story that once a Titian die there’s no coming back. So by lui kang killing her he made it a constant that she dies in every timeline. The only variation is who takes control and how they did it.

Honestly one of the few games were the previous one has seperate endings and yet all tie back into the new one, well done

I like to imagine when Liu Kang summon Kitana,Raiden and Kung Lao is them from the ending of MK11 where each of them become Elder God.

The fact that this Kitana had the new face model but from her voice alone when she first appears Her voice really sound like she's MK11 Kitana Damnn Edit:Yes i know its the same VA but the way the VA differentiate the way she speak between Normal Kitana(MK1) and Titan Kitana(MK11) really show the difference and the brilliant of her voice Really show us this is really our Kitana

@@Who-Uhm-Cares I actually think Krillin is a more apt comparison. Kung Lao was essentially the Krillin to Liu Kang's Goku who gets bodied so that Liu gets enraged and motivated to win the day.

Titan Kung Lao : the millions in my white lotus society will aid us, if needed Titan Liu Kang : thank you my friend I very wanna see the timeline about Titan Kung Lao!!! Because Geras say in his intro with kung lao, titan kung lao is greatest or better than kung lao in this timeline!!

Kinda hope they follow up on this. Especially Kang and Kitana reuniting! They could get the whole gang together again, tour each others' timelines, make a sort of Justice League of Titans to watch their multiverse. Seems crazy to think they wouldn't enjoy the company of old friends once the crisis was averted!

I wish the old Raiden and quan chi voice actors we've had since mk9 were in this one. Also I hate that Hanzo Hasashi doesn't exist anymore Dx

Also, anyone else notice that whenever a game or a movie or a TV series ends their sequel with “Time Travel” or “The Multiverse”, that means YOU KNOW the game/movie/series is gonna end with a grand finale. Like “Avengers: Endgame” for example…

Dark raiden gets more screen time in the final battle than he did mk11 💀

How would they be able to tell which side the person they were fighting is on during the final battle? Running up the stairs are the good guys, running down are the bad guys, but once they collide, the battle would get a little confusing. Should've gotten matching uniforms lol.

Here's the one issue we learned. When shang was able to get the crown. Lui kang came from his original timeline to the timeline When shang was victorious in getting The Crown. Which means that lui kang is safe from any mix up should his version fail. Meaning that there is a fail-safe.

One of the only times a kiss from Kitana won't lead to death. LoL Great job with all the coverage on this channel.

While I have some issues with the previous two game's story telling I wont lie I smiled at things coming full circle back to this place.

I was wondering when Liu kang and katana would come back, they are the best couple 🥰

​@@danielhaire6677I imagine several of the characters did just that. With so many different timelines crafted by each of the MK11 characters, there has to be a bunch where Liu Kang and Kitana end up together. I just wish we could see one of those timelines.

I'd have liked to see titan Johnny cage, and though Johnny and kenshi had a bro moment, I'd have liked to see one between titan liu and Kung Lao

Liu Kang and Kitana reuniting was heartwarming

I kinda wished that there would be a more profound reaction from kung kao and raiden seeing liu kang again, kinda like what they did with kitana. Still awesome, and i loved every second of this, but it wouldve been a good detail.

This Kung Lao is more experienced, seeing how composed he is.
