When rabbits usually make that "weet" sound, they do that when terrified or dying. So I like to imagine that the rabbit family is in a constant state of fear or pain just being on the show.

And seeing how bad the show is, that makes sense.

Imagine if the narrator dialogue was replaced with background thought instead of just saying what’s going on, like instead of saying daddy is getting in the car and then he doesn’t it, it says daddy wonders where everything went wrong in his life as he opens the door to the car, daddy contemplates driving into the lake to end it all but alas the car sadly floats.

It does actually bring out a question in the form of what do the pigs, and to an extent every character in the show's clothes look like when they're not being worn? Does Peppa's dress have supports in it hence why it keeps it shape at all times? Are George's clothes literally circular?

Caddicarus's Peppa Pig Arc is literally the best part of the Caddicarus Anime

I like that he didn't lambast the show simply because it's aimed at young kids, and instead critiqued it *as* a children's show.

What Peppa Pig does right: - The show doesn't try to be trendy. The show deals with simple concepts everyone understands, and doesn't try to dip its toes into memes or use modern technology excessively. - The voices of the characters are very calm and relaxing, which is what you want when trying to entertain children and get them to relax. What Peppa Pig does wrong: - Pretty much everything else. Its worst offense is probably the terrible role models, as brought up in this video. Children have reportedly become bossy and rude for a while after watching.

There are two recurring moments in the show that'll test your will to live and/or drain you of your soul; those being when an episode ends with everyone on the screen laughing so hard they fall on their backs or when the narrator says how Peppa or whoever loves something and that EVERYBODY loves it too. ...thank Austrailia for Bluey.

My god. MLP at least teaches you about friendship in a very funny and creative way. This show is a disservice to children.

CMG The short-lived shows are the best though. Killing them off in a short space of time stops the risk of the show from slowly dying in a long, painful death. The Gravity Falls creator himself said it'd be best for it to end now, instead of dragging on to slowly die. Just take a look at a British TV Show, Primeval *Which I fucking love* that ended on Season 5 and a great big, fuck-off cliffhanger. Despite there being talks about it returning; that's all down to the producers if they want to continue it. Peppered Ribs is arse cancer of the worse kind at this point; and should've died several years ago.

AtrocityEquine same with adventure time. That's ending as well, and I support it. You need to know when a show should end with dignity and a satisfying conclusion. Otherwise it goes through seasonal rot, and you get the zombified corpses that are Family Guy, Spongebob, and the Simpsons...yeah I said it, the simpsons need to die!

Denigrating Peppa Pig to make MLP: FiM look better doesn’t make MLP any good. I’ve watched MLP and it lessons and morals for the most part make sense, but still falls into the same bullshit as Peppa Pig. It’s also not “hardcore” in the slightest. MLP softballs and tiptoes around a lot of its morals and doesn’t have the proper maturity to go into them. It also suffers from a lot of Protagonist-Centered morality, where the main characters can’t possibly be wrong and there always has to be an antagonist or a guilty party in some way. The reason why MLP is popular is because for most part it was cute and the Rule 34. The writing in it is mostly garbage.

Fun fact: The voice actor for Daddy Pig is also the voice of Miqol from Xenoblade Chronicles and the mentor voice in Dungeon Keeper 1 and 2.

Diamond Metal you don't need to look too hard, it's pretty easy to see.

We have something similar to Peppa Pig over here in the west. It's called Caillou. A show about a bratty 4 year old that always gets his way by whining, have a narrator just as bad and obvious as Peppa Pig, but to be fair, the art style is a little better. A LITTLE. Now it's only a matter of time until Caddicarus reviews Caillou.

This is the first Caddicarus video I have ever watched. It is a treat.

some of my younger cousins love watching this cartoon. sometimes when i come over to visit, i just constantly riff on it. i say at the end of many episodes, "and then everyone fell over and broke their backs again."

Oh dear, Peppa and George has been slaughtered by Caddicarus and now they are bacon.

Caddi, you are picking up on the issue of animators versus kids. Im studying animation, and my whole world is just animation here and there and you are absolutely right. I picked up on the same things just watching countless films and shows, and with the recent samurai Jack craze, genndy tartakovsky said it the best with how animation disrespects children, thinking they need lots of sound and constant movement with lots of dialogue.

Sammyyam Yeah. It's more of a show that was marketed to children because the west still has this stereotyping of "animated = for children" which is especially weird when you consider that early cartoons were generally marketed towards adults.
