You know.. the Lord has blessed me with so many kind people in my life, far more than i deserve. I think its important to be kind to everyone. Yoi never know whats going on in that persons life and you might be the one to turn their day around, or their week or even life. You guys are certainly a blessing to others. And your guest on the video today was just awesome. What a nice fella. When i heard him talk I'd have sworn it was John Anderson, who is in my opinion the greatest country singer alive. Was at Walmart buying groceries and didnt have enough for the spring mix for my salads. The man behind me paid for it!! It was so sweet he got a hug!!

The owner of the campground has a pickers paradise 🤩. Nice guy too !

Karen, I respect that you are not a big fan of Mike's Roasted marshmallow💜 My dad would put a marshmallow on a stick for us kids and taught us to catch it on fire, let it burn until it went out on it's own, then eat it while it was hot enough to burn your entire mouth🔥 I have since learned how to 'Brown' a Marshmallow, HOWEVER, In Memory of my Precious Dad, I Still Enjoy Burning them Completely Black♨️ There is No Other way to Achieve that One of a Kind Charred Flavor😋 GOD BLESS YOU ALL ABUNDANTLY!🙏🏼😇🙏🏼

Open the marshmallow up and put a few blueberries inside and close it up..its sticky and will close. Then put on the stick over the fire...quite tasty and maybe Karen will like them.

I had a lady buy my meal at a Burger King place I had stopped at after an Dr appt, and I found her as she was ahead of me in line, and I thanked her and told her she didn’t need to do that, and she said, yes she did as god told her too. I thought ok, I thanked her again and decided I do something for a charity, and sent some money to help out a food bank they were asking for help. There are still good people in the world, I like to think. God bless us all.

This is across the road from me. It is a nice RV park. And a quiet area for relaxation. Mike is a wonderful guy that will take time out of his day to chat or help anyone

Well Mike, we just may have to ask you to go work, plow, the lower 40 while Karen is talking around the campfire. Old joke, :) Big T is adorable and loves his bacon or your bacon. The camp ground was so beautiful and the trees just starting to turn made the video. I wish I knew more about old grist mills and saw mills. Karen, I have the same thoughts about kindness that you do!! I try to spread it where ever I go!! Driving somewhere, I will let people out when there is a big backup behind us, tell someone I don't know - if they have a piece of clothing on that I like, I let them know, always stay polite on telephone calls that you were already on hold for 20 minutes, take food over to my elderly single man neighbor Atleast once a week, etc. I can go on stating different ways I spread kindness, but I believe you know what I mean!!! My latest sweet act of kindness given to me.. 1. My friend and co worker shared her homemade canned applesauce and jam to me . And on Fb.. I changed my profile pic.. Many commented sweet words to say my hair and smike looked nice.. Yes, complements are free to give out but "pricelest" , worth so much to those that received them... Yeah we take that garbage down to the road the county picked it up and you talk about kindness my neighbor's wife passed away and we fix the warm meal and took it to him so they can have something to eat that night because the very nice Neighbors his wife will be very missed I love watching y'all's videos God bless your family keep up the good work we live in Roanoke Virginia if y'all have a fool look those up love to meet you❤🙏

I work at a Steel Mill over in the Carolinas and that slag looks so familiar, slag is the actual waste that comes out of the furnace, we cut it down and sell it to be used in place of gravel! Great video.

We are going to check out that campground this weekend. The old Peavine Railroad ran through Morristown also. We still have the old depot also, but it's a lot smaller. A lot of the old tracks are under Cherokee Lake now. Love this stuff. Thanks

The train would pick up cornmeal and they also grew Ginseng and Todd tore the mill part down for the wormey chestnut lumber before the dawn busted it run the mill we rode a pedal boat up and down Gentry creek and laurel Todd spent alot of time with his grandpa luther Warden around the mill we got some of the iron

My husband and I are the elders in my neighborhood and I can say they wouldn't notice me if I fell over everyone is so to themselves And when they see my husband and I shoveling they don't do anything to help and where in townhouses we live in some sad times now
