The phone consultant in this video was so infuriating. He was such a scammer and he kept tacking on more and more charges and I kept getting more and more upset. In the end he got his just desserts. Thank you DramatizeMe for another well written episode with a life lesson. Be careful of the sheep you try to fleece, she may be a sheepdog in sheep's clothing. Excellent! This was a priceless life lesson!

Things like this actually happen to elderly people in tech stores.

I like how the female boss did to expose the scammer. 👏👏👏👏👏. A shop consultant has to help customers, not to take all of their money like this.

This lady is so bad ass!

Mr. Sven should also be terminated for allowing this to happen. As store manager, he should also check the sales floor every now and then, and not just stay inside his office whole day. He should also have reviewed CCTV footage and check if the customer was right all along. What if the customer who complained was not the owner? She would have went out the store with her complaint unresolved.

Great video Technophobia (Fear of New Technology) is very common with the elderly I'm technophobic and I'm only 32 new tech i don't understand makes me nervous and the fact that he exploits that is disgusting and and the manager's blind loyalty to his clerks is disturbing he better come up with a really good apology and work really hard to make amends if he wants to keep his job

I have never heard of the word Technophobia. I know though it is a Greek word made of two words: techni, which means in general the procedure to produce some product and phobia (fovos/ fovia) which means fear like you said. I am Greek of course that’s how I know. Very interesting what you said about technophobia And I am going to check it out Kind regards.

@georgianikolopoulou2969 it's just a phobia that some people have many elderly people are afraid of new technology they don't understand like how children are afraid of food they don't know of and while I'm not elderly I have it it kind of takes me sometime to get used to new technology they make it way too fast it needs more restraint technology can be dangerous

This is clearly a scam this is why I am clear on what kind of phone I want before I walk in the store.besides if she bought that phone by law it is under warranty so every if that breaks after she just bought it she can use the warranty. So by law she can not charge her for the repair Or replacements. He is simply scamming her.

I spotted several (many) mistakes in the dialogue compared to the original script as shown in the subtitle which also gives different meaning.. i believe you should stop it and ask the actor to repeat the dialogue correctly. It shows like it was half done... Hopefully you can do something about it to improve your videos quality. I love all your other videos so far
