Ugh, the condition of the Fender Stratocaster was sickening. Those were a high grade and expensive guitars back when I was playing them. I had a beautiful ruby red one with a matte black neck and a Crate Amplifier. Glad to see you were able to restore it after someone apparently Pete Townsend it. The sound was fabulous.

Well since you put a clear backing on it, why not go the whole hog and paint the inside mechanisms in different FLURO COLOURS. NOW "THAT" would have been different, and you would have made it your own.

Quit this business: you absolutely can't solder. And anyone can clean oxides with sandpaper. The real soldering of such parts occurs only with a gas burner. Soldering iron for smd parts? Are you serious?
