Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Sometimes you just have to make food the old fashioned way and this fudge is a perfect example, with one exception. I'm making it in the Ninja Foodi, which is definitely new fashion! Sure, you can make peanut butter in the microwave, it's easy. It also tastes good, but not as good as this peanut butter fudge! 👇👇👇 CLICK FOR RECIPE & DETAILS 👇👇👇

I tried this recipe today, and it turned out awesome. I don’t have a Ninja Foodi, but I do have an instant pot, and it never occurred to me to use it for candy making. It has a heavy bottom, and the electric element keeps a steady heat. I love your videos. You’re a great teacher, and your recipes actually work. Thank you so much for your help.

Sitting here with happy tears. Every xmas my dad would make his peanutbutter fudge. No one was allowed in the kitchen when he made it but he would give the recipe to anyone. No one was ever able to replicate it no matter how closely they followed the recipe. His was so creamy and smooth, it melted in your mouth and was just so addicting. He has been gone nearly 27 years now, and the first 2 xmas es after he passed I tried making it, would even buy others handmade pb fudge but none came close to his. I cannot wait to try yours as it actually looks like his did, quite light in color and creamy. And silky when you break it open. Thank you for sharing this and for bringing back many happy memories of my Dad at xmas time! 💖 Happy Holidays to you and your loved ones.

Have you ever used marshmallow cream when you add your peanut butter? My mom made peanut butter fudge for my husband. He was in the military and she mailed to him in cookie tins lined with waxed paper. He said it was always the highlight of mail call when it arrived. She passed away suddenly 2 years before his retirement. Though he still talks about her and her amazing fudge. Fudge travels very well if it is packed into the tins snuggly. Our military men and women really appreciate a taste of home and lets them know you appreciate their sacrifice. I love your recipes and videos. Especially because you speak so clearly without rushing that it's easier to learn from. Keep up the good work...you are greatly appreciated too.

I am 15 years trying to make the perfect fudge, it usually comes out to hard sometimes to runny. I have tried all kinds of recipes on the internet and have failed time and time again. I thought your other dishes have come out great why not i have everything. I was so nervous I dropped the lid to the 5 1/2 Ninja Foodie had to snap back on the steam release valve, then I hit the plastic rap dispenser had to put it back together and back on the shelf, then I bump the brown sugar and a entire cup of brown sugar went on the floor. By this time I am so up set, but decided everything is nearly ready might as well finish. The fudge came out perfect, I did add a quarter cup of peanuts in the end used a 8 by 11 dish. It is beautiful, so nice eating. Hubby is going to be pleased. I also made peanut brittle this morning and it came out perfect too. Not sure what I would do if you had not done this recipe and others, probably going down the road of not cooking. LOL

Ohhhh my goodness!!! Just finished making this! Cleaned the lil bit of a line the spatula left in the pan (I KNOW I didn't leave it there😂) tastes so wonderful and not crazy sweet like choc fudge!! Yum yum!! I wonder what it will taste like room temp? We may never know...?? Haha... I noticed on the bottom of your white beater the plastic/covering has gotten scratched off..mine did also. Having mine for 20 yrs I never knew the beater is suppose to be adjusted. FYI: When it jumps and doesn't beat smoothly, is a sign it is hitting the middle lump in the bottom of the pan. So, if you or one of your followers don't know, with the raising arm in the up position, (without the beater installed) right where that arm attaches, there is a tiny screw that if turned 1/4 - 1/2 turn, not sure which direction, but it will raise or the opposite direction will lower the beater. My understanding is, it should clear a dime in the bottom of the bowl to be at the correct height. So adjust more or less that is needed. Mine did the same thing to my beater as yours. So I ordered another on amazon but also found a "stainless steal" one and just used it for your fudge! Very nice!! I didn't check to see how old this video was..but figure in 20 yrs I never knew it either...and who reads directions?? LOVE all your videos and you're so calm and easy going. Such a joy to watch. BTW my husband is peanut butter crazy man and he will live this!! Thank you so much!!

My grandma was a depression grandma. Made caramelized fudge / pudding in a sealed Easgle Brand Sweetened Condensed can, boil 3 hours on med low heat (before you could go to the store and buy Dulce De Leche. I blew it up once and from that point I put the milk in a glass jar and set my timer for 15 minutes to keep adding water to the pan (not to the milk LOL) for 3 hours, set it in the fridge 24 hours. Yes, it should harden similar to the texture of the inside of a peanut butter cup, maybe a little harder. If it's softer than that, you might not have cooked it long enough. I would check the calibration on the thermometer you used.

I like the Ninja Foodi because of everything it can do. The IP's are more limited. I wasn't a huge fan of the IPDC, but that's just my opinion.

If it didn’t set up, it probably wasn’t cooked to a high enough temperature. Did you use a thermometer? If so, I would check and make sure it’s accurate.
