OMG. You read my letter! And you got the last name perfect! We lost Rugby in 2016, but six months later, saved another border collie with a broken wrist and cracked ribs. A great local surgeon saved his leg by fusing the joint and putting in two metal plates. His name (the dog, not the surgeon) is Reno and he's practically Rugby's twin. Loving life running around the snow in Montana and being spoiled. We love the channel and all you guys do. Sugar face :)

Yasssssss! That what we hoped for! Thanks for watching for so many years Joe!
I think it’s awesome that Matt and Mere saved all of the old letters and thought enough to pass them on to you as they get ready to move to their new house.
"You can't go in!" - opens the door 🤣 We all know this problem
A bit savage to name an orphaned kitten Bruce Wayne :P
So awesome that you shared these letters. I had my 5th grade students make blankets and collect pet supplies as part of a service project about 6 years ago. Vet Ranch was one of the places that received our letters, donations, and blankets.
I feel like the cats need to have a permanent home in the office. I feel like they appropriately photo bomb each video every single time. It’s so funny.
I wrote Vet Ranch / Dr Matt several years ago and I think it was cool y’all read the old letters and would love if y’all keep reading them! Also if you find one from Norah It’s probably mine!
I love to see all the happy smiles on the animals once they're feeling better and know they are loved. Oh the joy Pounce has for life! If we all could find joy like that what a beautiful world it would be.

Agreed. All these animals bring us joy!
I love seeing Kiki and Squeeky in every video, but how come no one's adopted them yet? They're so sweet! 😻
I checked Hearts and Bones - it looks like all the VR dogs have been adopted already! YAY! I always worry when I hear dogs are going on transport because I wonder if they're going to another shelter where they'll be taken care of and loved on enough...but Dr. Karri was right, they are snatched up so fast up north!
Lol...the little goat is super cute! All the babies are cute!!! Thank you for the uploads. All of you guys are awesome!!!💜💙💛
So happy the long term residents are headed out to their new homes 🤞. Some body please adopt the beautiful Hera. Such a great temperament and wonderful ambassador for the breed.
You guys make my week. Seeing all your charming personalities as you save these sweet animals is just awesome. Thanks so much.
So glad the dogs got to New York safely. I hope they all find loving families.
It would be great if some of the kids from the fan mail still watched and commented how old they are now and how they're doing!

I AGREE SOO MUCH! HERA IS THE MOST PRECIOUS, SWEET ANGEL! I literally think about her so often and am amazed by how sweet she is, despite all the ways humans had let her down up to the point she was rescued by Vet Ranch. I swear I'd scoop that girl up in a minute if I was in Texas.

But maybe if they did, it would not be as common over there, too.
That little goat is adorable! Not every vet practice gets to boast they have a goat on board. I vote that you keep him.
The mail is so cute!! “Chill Out” 😂🥰
I love Django! I’m in WNY - where will the dogs be?
What wonderful future vets/rescuers watch Vet Ranch. Hopefully there will be a kinder, gentler, of pet owners in the future. It’s incredible that 10 year olds ask for birthday money in order to donate to Abandon Pet Project!, (Drama is an absolutely gorgeous dog. I hope she gets a wonderful home full of love & sunshine!,
You guys do tremendously awesome work!!! I love how you love and treat all the animals with such good care❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️ God bless you all. In these terrible times the help and love you give your patients is inspiring. I have been watching your channel for a long time and can see you guys/ gals really care❤️

I think baby Goats are the most adorable things in the world. LOL : )
Lots of people up here in NYC are rescuing pitties. You should see if she can get on the next ride over here for rescue. She is such a sweet, pretty pup. I will keep my eyes peeled for you.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Hugs from Sweden

The schooling can be tough and stressful, but the career is so very rewarding. I wish you luck! And if you watch a channel like this in your free time, you definitely are the right type of person to succeed :)
VetRanch needs a cash app so we can send money that way.
OMG the baby goat 😍 I love her
Love vet ranch xx
Love you guys, & Abandoned Pet Project.
I loveee vet ranch!! ❤
Fun. Thanks!
It's sad that the dogs had to get shipped out, but hopefully the new location will allow them to get adopted. I hope you keep in contact with the rescue and can let us know if and when they get adopted
Thank you for all you do.
Thank you
Those micro chips don't always stay in the neck area. My 9 year old Border Collie's chip made its way all the way to her left upper hip area.

Yep, that can happen. The vet is supposed to tell owners this and all scans should check all over the body, just in case. Our vet will occasionally scan to see if they have moved, especially on our puppy.
Don't tell Pounce she is not a dog, you don't want to burst her bubble::)).
Good thing Matt & Mere are moving, otherwise that box of fan mail would have been packed away for decades, unappreciated.
I'm sad you guys couldn't find Django and Raya homes, but I agree that it's so important they get new opportunities
If you guys receive a hedgehog I'm definitely all game despite living in Utah.
Dr. Karri has beautiful eyes.
Oh I wish you transported to Canada. I need Drama in my life.
If only they could stay that little.
You should team up with kc pet Project to adopt cats and dog cause it’s getting really full and you’ll have to look up the location I know it’s in Missouri
Baby goat sure is going around places. Wonder when get older get a bigger vest. I think it be pointless and not safe in situations.

Hello 😊👋🏻👋🏻
I really wish you didn’t have to sensor all the surgeries
jinx is soooo cute
Aaaah nooo don't hold Jinx on her back D:
❤🧡💛💚💙💜🖤
You and Kiki have the same colour hair
How dare you not pet Kiki?!
Just a tip. When transporting dogs in a kennel, don't face is towards the back door. The fumes from the exhaust get in and make them sick. I've experienced this.
❤️🇨🇦
If only the vets where I live were this nice and good. I live in Killeen TX and my dog is really sick been sick since December 1st and it is December 4th I called all the vets around that were open on Saturday and NONE of them will see my dog until I pay money upfront for an office visit and they don't do payment plans either. They told me to go to one of the vet clinics in Belton TX because they do payment plans, but I can't due to gas issue and no money at the moment, so now I'm having to get my dog better by myself until I can remake a loan on Monday to get money to pay for my dog to get seen if he doesn't get better by then. my dog is 6 years old he is constantly vomiting and diarrhea and on the fourth day which is today he will not eat but drinks then he throws the water back up, then when he diarrheas it now comes out almost bloody looking and stinks. currently giving him some Pepto Bismol for vomiting and diarrhea along with Pedialyte for hydration and electrolytes plus giving him some probiotics for his diarrhea. And that's what one of the vet clinics told me to do. And she told me the reason why his diarrhea is bloody looking and stinks is due to stress from the constant vomit and diarrhea, and since he had his annual DAPP vaccination in August I was told he couldn't have parvo , but I am worried and hoping he gets better.

Hope your dog is doing better. Mine had chronic pancreatitis and some of that sounds a lot like what you describe. Maybe research that too and see if any of the data can help. I wish I knew more ways to help you but that is all I can think of. I'm not a vet but thirty years in rescue taught me a little.
When I see video of pounce, all I can hear is Michael Scott yelling "Parkour!"
So what’s the story of Mizzy? And is Punch a doeling or a buck? There’s a family in Phoenix, AZ, who have their own little one acre “farm” in the city of Phoenix!! I know…isn’t that incredible? Anyway, their channel is called “WEED ‘EM & REAP”, if you would like to check them out. Might make a connection for a forever home for Punch???
I'd love to see Matt or Lee cameo!
Can you please put the address in the link as I had no pen available to write it down.
Will we see Dr. Matt soon?
Hello 🤩
✋🏼🇦🇺👍🏼
I don’t understand why the pets are transported to New York. Do you know what happens to them. How can there be anywhere that does not have already have enough dogs and cats
@aim-to-misbehave5674

Some regions have shelters that are so overpopulated that animals are regularly euthanised on arrival - the shelters in Karri's area are clearly like that at least some of the time, because we see them get called to shelters to rescue highly adoptable animals shortly before euthanasia Other areas have high demand for puppies, kittens and ready-to-adopt animals, so they're transported from overpopulated shelters to ones where they're likely to be quickly adopted.

In New York state and the north in general the population is much more willing to spay and neuter cats and dogs. Virtual the entire state is covered by animal control officers. Most places require dogs to be licensed and every few years the animal control officer will go around and do a dog census. It all adds up toma lot less stray and homeless dogs filling up shelters. When I can to Texas I'd never seen so many intact male dogs as I did here.
I need help my dog got hit by a car last week and he needs a surgery on his leg but I don't have 3,000$ some didn't know it would be so expensive can I get some help
Please don't hold rabbits like that Please I'm begging that stresses them out so very much I've had several rabbit their eyes get so bug and they can go into tonic immobility I'm not telling to hate I know what I'm talking aboutbthey get so scared so easily and too much stress has killed rabbits I hope vet ranch doesn't see them as most people do like throw away small barn animals that stay outside and live short lives that are low maintenance all that is wrong completely mostbpopek still think their rodents and their not :(
okay so no more real surgery rescues bye

They show them when they have them. Just because they didn't have a surgery this week, doesn't mean they won't next week. We should be happy that there wasn't. Who gets mad that an animal isn't injured?
