Too much grease at the bottom bracket and tighten to much. Wrong headset tightening. You need to push the upper ring on to tighten it together with the lower one. And painting the rim is not a good idea.

Oh no worries man this is actually very entertaining to watch and it shows that you know what you are doing i watch a video earlier that someone was restoring a old bmx mountain bike and didn't even sand it or take it apart so to see someone doing it correctly like you it makes for a better video so keep up the awesome job man

i sincerely didn't like tha green in the plate, also i wouldn't keep the chain cover and the standing stick, but the rest i enjoy it
