I bought Ola s1 air on 26th September. The total distance traveled is 223 km. The scooter broke down 4 times within days of purchase. Still the scooter under brakedown( 14/10/23) How do I use this scooter? I need some solution to this problem. This is beyond endurance. It cannot be justified in any way. Either the problem should be fixed forever or the scooter should be taken back and refunded. Product Quality - 4/10 Customer Service From Experience Center - 1/10 Customer service from Ola App - 0/10 Minimum service pickuptaken time - 30 to 40 hr As a customer I never recommended ola for yor daily use. And never buy a product like this from Ola.

Recently many S1 Pro Gen 2 (atleast 10 vehicles) were ridden by Indian Army in Hinachal Pradesh. I think Ola will soon start deliveries of Gen 2 by releasing that video. I saw the video on Twitter and youtube uploaded by soldier from army. Waiting for Ola confirmation for gen2 Pro delivery by month end.

@@massiah1298 People are over reacting about Gen 2. It is good. I have done test ride. It was fast, smooth and quick Accelerating vehicle. Anyway since deliveries started, we will get to know more reviews.

@@evthink smooth and fast first gen vi tha.. It's about the longevity and maintenance.. Which can be determined by time.. And seeing the structure I personally feel it will need more maintenance cost than the 1st gen.. Plus iska cost vi 10k jada hai 1 st gen se despite of reducing 25% of production cost...

If you can wait for couple of months, then go for Ather Ritiza, else Icube is good currently if one needs traditional scooter. For Sports Sccoter Ather is best ​@@krishnamahawar319

My Ola Air is shut down after 7 days. It's laying at service center from past 14 Days. Bangalore Technical team visit Jaipur to see the vehicle. They replace motor but tyre valve is not available. Purani chungi, Jaipur Ola Center is very dirty place even road side scooter shop is much clean and organized

Isme sochna kya hai. Seedhi baat hai ki Ola sabka Lola bana rahi hai. Sab ko pata hai inki reliability ke bare ma tab bhi sab le rahe hain aur top pe bani huyi hai ye Lola company.

I purchased on 27th and didn't get till now.. hence cancelled it

Bullshit OLA Air, recently i took a test ride of this variant in Coimbatore Exp center, after climbing a elevated bridge it simply stopped and not budging to move an inch then called the exp center and they came and towed back the vehicle, even there mechanic had no clue why the scooter stopped, lucky i escaped buying this product.
