Cut the Okra up in small pieces. Put in a jar like you see in the video. Pour water over it and let it soak overnight. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach. Squeeze half of lemon in the water if you want to reduce the slime. Let me know how it goes.

Right, I rather not have a man if I got to drink ANYTHING that has okra in it. Okra & drink don't EVEN go together. 😒. I can barely swallow the hard fried okra that I crave from churchs every 3 yrs. & as far as a 👶, it's called epidural.
