Keep in mind, you are only seeing "a piece". Prior was "Key Meeting" for Declaration of Inspection, Declaration of Security, Cargo to be moved & local process, shut down at completion & in case of emergency, vessel checks, moorings, deck inspection by "Cargo Inspectors" and/or by Terminal rep. During loading, checking ballast being discharge when going around the vessel doing "checks" (visual, all around - water surface, vessel hull & deck, moorings, connections, more) hourly comparisons of ship to shore quantity, pressures, ...

Is the internet in a crude oil tanker is stable?
