OHIO CHICKEN SANDWHICH

Recipe: Ohio Chicken Sandwiches
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
1 c. chicken flavored stuffing mix
1 sleeve Ritz style crackers, crushed
2 (10 oz.) cans, cream of chicken soup
Chicken broth, or water if needed to thin out recipe
Hamburger buns for serving
Directions:
Put chicken in the slow cooker, pour soup over the top. Cover and cook until chicken shreds easily. (3-4 hours). Shred chicken, stir in stuffing mix and crackers. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes. Thin it with water or chicken broth if it is too thick. Serve on a bun.

Oh wow! I’ve never heard of these sandwiches! Ohio Chicken Sandwiches. These are ingredients common in most homes too. 👍🏼 How convenient! Looks super moist and yummy!!! Jennifer, the chicken sandwich looks delicious, I’m adding more protein into my diet . So this sandwich would be great protein and yummy. I might use butter lettuce as a wrap instead of bun. Of course I’m from California we can turn anything delicious to boring in a minute.💞
