I left a John Oliver video on when I collapsed on my couch due to a heavy hangover, with autoplay switched on. I find myself an hour or so later between sleep and consciousness and the line "Do you think dinosaurs were put together correctly, the bones?" just jolts me into fits of lively giggles. I've been watching this ever since.

F, dude I'm feeling the same. Woke up all over but it's 1 am for me now.
Kroll mentions how he thinks that Mulaney is more-or-less a genius during interviews, and you can really see it in this performance. Over and over again, Mulaney comes up with the wittiest responses and Kroll is just chuckling trying not to break character. I think Kroll is the better actor, and they're both obviously sharp, but I get the sense that Mulaney is a _very very_ smart guy.

He went to Georgetown as (based on all of his stories) an alcoholic. It's where he met Kroll. His parents also went to Yale. Mulaney is honestly one of my favorite comedians. I get that I'm commenting insanely late but I just love this interview.

I think John Mulaney really is just an eccentric old Jewish man on the inside.

Their emphasis on the second syllable while dropping the first (in two syllable words/names) was on point in this! I don't think I've ever heard them maintain it so acutely for an 1 hr + before.

I was genuinely surprised they didn't have a tuna sandwich come out for John Oliver at the end.
Omg so freaking hilarious, both Mulaney and Kroll feed off of eachother, so fast and brilliant. I had to keep replaying to keep up and still watched them over and over. I love them both. Bless your heart John Oliver. What a pair! What a trio. Loved it. MUST SEE
