There are 3 stages of Narcissistic abuse 1.IDEALIZE the victim, 2. DEVALUE the victim and finally 3.DISCARD the victim, this unfortunately seems to be her DISCARDING STAGE. To her everything was fine… and then all of a sudden the dismissing in a cold and hurtful way. In this phase, the victim is labeled the CRAZY or psycho sending her head spinning at these false accusations.Dude target her strengths and calls them her weaknesses. This is called the SMEAR campaign by the abuser and the goal is to ruin her self confidence or make her doubt herself, and not be able to comprehend who the dude was. She will be in endless explanation of who the guy is to anyone who cares to listen to her and non of these people will get her because all these were done covertly to her and now the abuser is playing the victim . It is well kamama just know its not about you. It is what it is, you ain't going to change anything. Build the immune of shrugging some of these things off and moving on.

How toxic when someone is married more than 3 times at 32.this is not normal but unfortunate.

We sacrifice a lot for the sake of kids, not because we want to look good but for the sake of the young ones who we desire to see growing up well. The dramas may last, but the beauty part of it is that the kids are growing. As long as our lives are spared, the end will justify and crown our efforts.
