I've listened to kasmuel carefully. The feeling of depletion and exhaustion that he gets every now and then is spiritual. I've been there before. Therapists and medication can only do so much. What he needs is God. God will fill his cup and remind him who he truly is. I pray that he finds God. Amen

Every time you read a biography of a genius, he/she will have somewhat a similar trajectory of this young man. I saw him make a quick commentary during the protests and I was hooked immediately. I have been searching for him. He’s the kind of person you’ll see once and you’ll know he’s special instantly.

Those who are saying that he's stammering when telling about the abduction, it's because you don't understand the trauma. Kas is one brilliant young person, may he live long to become a great leader in this country.

The trauma of being abducted by people whom you can't see their faces when one is blind folded is unimaginable. Otherwise he is eloquent, fearless and has the characters of a great leader. May God protect him. Shame on ruto fighting his children instead of being a father

He is a vibe. May God who is the chief physician restore his mental health and may he live to manfest the goodness of his grace.will be praying for him and by faith he will be well to make use of his potential.

The young man is so intelligent and has a spirit of leadership in him. For suicide think it's spiritual men l was there two times and my grandfather passed because of suicide yet he was extremely wealthy.. Atimes it's generational you find yourself not knowing why you want to do so. Let him give himself to prayer coz if he's to go through look at his blood line, he will trace it.

Let the young man get proper mentorship so he doesn't end like Kimani Mbugua. He has leadership in him, but with bipolar and adhd either living with it or having recovered, when he's not well encouraged so he's not dissilutioned, HE is our future Tom Mboya, JM Kariuki, Obama and so on. If he doesn't taken over by opportunities that will come his way, he will liberate and create a country with opportunity for all of us. A country where few are not grabing factors of production to keep them idle and deny the country from growing. I like how he can inspire our young generations. Viva

As someone who has lost a brother through suicide this was hard to listen to. I pray that he gets the help needed. The suffering that remains with relatives is immense. May God intervene for you. You are destined for greatness. Definitely showing up on 3rd August.

Completely and fully relate in very many ways..I never thought I would live past 25 years of age..Now, two and a half times that age in years . Most humbly and amazingly done and been where few have dared to tread inspite of all......Hang in there son, you are destined for great things. And, never attribute them to yourself nor attemp to live to any expectations rather be YOU and attribute your journey to destiny by divine grace (God). Finally, you cannot think yourself out of "conditions" that your thoughts put you there in the first place (Anthony Robbins)....relax and be in the NOW at all times( Ekhart Tole)....

Just like Cas, i got bullied in high school and one of the bullies is from my village. Unfortunately, I'd not shift to another school because my sponsor refused. That experience is still traumatizing me up to now. Cas, has just reminded me that I am not alone in this journey. May God help him. We need him as a leader in the future of our country. I've listened to this till the end. As a person living with a mental health person, all I would advise Kasmaul and others with mental health is to do what he loves most at his lowest moments. Be it be swimming ,music, walking in the nature, attending to animals, or anything good that can distract his mind during his law moments. Also avoid alcohol or any drugs, take your medication and talk to those who understands you be it be your family ,friends, doctor, therapist. You can manage your symptoms. Your future is very bright. All the best and thanks for sharing. Hope others do to raise awareness.
