Starla: "If it's not fun..." Mik: "What are we doing?" Love it! Come visit us in NY when times are safe again. (Stay smart and healthy, all!)
Starla, I love how unapologetically competitive you are.
🙋♀️Pennsylvania born! I love this map for the stock mechanic too! Great pick.
Love it! Great job. And.... Survive: Space Attack! I didn't even know it existed. Double thanks!
This map holds a special place in my heart, being from PA. It's a brain burner, trying to figure out routes, to get the most points and collect the most stocks. I have overcomplicated getting from point A to point B so I can get at least one of everything. Then I get blocked out cause I took too long.
I didn't know about this version of Ticket To Ride. The addition of stocks seems like an interesting addition. Thanks for sharing!
My wife and I play ticket to ride: my first journey with our soon-to-be 7-year-old ^^
Played ticket to ride this week. Loved it! great recommendation! Looking forward to trying this one. And I get you Starla, bigger print is better.
First of all, Mik's shirt is perfect! We love stock games; we play a lot of Irish Gauge and Tesla vs. Edison. Thanks for the tip, I didn't know this Ticket to Ride existed!
We used to live outside Philadelphia, so this is our favorite map too! The stocks are great!
I hadn't really played games like Ticket to Ride or Catan before, I started with DC deck builder and kind of assumed they would be too light for me to enjoy once I had dove into the deep end. After hearing you talk about them though I tried them out and they're still such great games. I haven't played all of the TTR maps yet but Pennsylvania is my #1 for sure so far. The stock system meshes wonderfully with the core game, adds a great layer of decision making to the game but doesn't overcomplicate it at all.
Also for those who are trying to expand/try the various ticket to rides. The app is a cheap way to try various maps.
Good thing we're good about staying with a budget for board games. After watching your episodes our collection would be bigger than it already is. You make every game you feature one we want to get. Thank you for another enjoyable video.
Great job guys! I had never heard of Ticket to Ride: Pennsylvania before you guys came along. Definitely going to check it out. Ticket to Ride is the game that got our family into the hobby and is still the one we use most with new gamers/other families. Thanks!
Pennsylvania is my favorite map! This is a great review of why it's so awesome.
Just want to add that the U.K. map on the other side is great too. We actually prefer that to the Penn side because there’s more going on strategically. But both are fun; one of the top TtR expansions.
Love the T-shirt and great review. I bought this since I’m from Pittsburgh but haven’t played it yet. I’ve gotten more into Age of Steam and 18XX recently so I need to pull this out to try with my wife since she’s not into the heavy games.
The UK/Penn map set is one I haven't tried yet but now I really want to, so thanks! On another note, I gotta say you're both so calming to watch. I felt stressed about all sorts of things this morning but now I feel much more relaxed. So thank you again! ❤
Thanks for the video on a unique TTR board! I had no idea those expansion boards might include some changes to the game mechanism (stocks!? Whoa!). We're really appreciating the content you all create. Thanks for all the great work!
About to play this one this Saturday. Love you guys chemistry and delivery. Wish I could game with you… I can take the train out of Baltimore! LOL

Thanks so much and it is a fun map! 😁❤❤
Morgantown, WV is on there. My brother went to WV and I was an hour away from there.
I like the intro!
Great overview - thanks for the recommendation!
Love this map, super great on the app, they handle stock busy work at the end game scoring. My all time favorite ticket to ride is Marklin. Keep up the fantastic work. Take care
TTR Pennsy is the gateway game to cut-throat 18xx. We don't have this one, but its on my list to get some day.

Agreed on gateway to 18xx!
I like it as a two player game. It has a bit of take that with the stocks
this is friggin hilarious
18xx Light --- Interesting
Agree! The London side is weak, while Penn side is very cool. Do you/have you played the France map?
