It's music to my ears. I had my own small printing business. I loved it all but there wasn't much money in such a small printing business in a small town. I miss the regular contact with the customers, employees, and suppliers.

I stop working in 1999 .started learning since i was 11 year old with my dad. 1250multilith ,amada,abdick,325,350, 360. I wasn't a Pro but i learned everything my Dad knew more and better.

Closed my print shop in 1999 and still love the sound of a press running:-)

Funny, a Hamada is a copy of a Multi 1250 and an ATF Chief, but this kid is a multi tasker, circumferntial, side guide, ink and pile in one pull... takes me back 40+ years

Max sheet size on a 600 is 12 x 18 but usually not more than 11 x 17. CYMK is possible but not recommended. There is also a Hamada 700 which allows 14 x 20 sheet size.

@@tarachandramishra6018 They are no longer manufactured so you would have to source one locally. I'm only familiar with US sources and am not aware of anyone who ships overseas. Google used printing equipment for your area. That's where I'd start.

Is that how you're going to encourage an immature pressman to clean off paper that was caught between the inking rollers? Do you realize the danger you are putting him in? A few minutes of safety wouldn't cause you any loss of profit. Please set a good example of safety during the operation of printing. Thanks.

@@keithnorris8982 I've been printing for forty two years and I've seen fingers and wrists destroyed by such carelessness. If that's what you do, then you're posting a very bad example for up coming pressmen. That's the reason modernized printing presses are made with devices to do such operations, and as although presses are equipped with automatically program devices, paper is still caught between the inking rollers and we have to stop the press to remove the scraps of paper. So my amateur friend, that's something to ponder about.. (SLOPPY PRESSMAN.).

@@normanazeez1816 Learning to roll a rag up properly with no corners loose, holding a knife a correct angle along with a few other safety hints will eliminate accidents. I'm 78 with all my fingers, toes and scalp. I've employed 100's of people over the years and never failed an OSHA inspection. One employee lost the tip of a finger because he did not follow my protocol for safety. For the record, OSHA did not fine me. I was very safety conscious! I re-watched how the pressman in this video cleaned the press and as far as I'm concerned someone taught and explained safety to him. One thing for sure, I never allowed the press operators to run a press with covers on the machines. Maybe you work a government job where you can take all day to complete a job but most for profit printers don't have that luxery. That being said, today's presses will not allow you to do what he's doing but non the less he's doing it safely. All the accidents you witnessed, I'm guessing must have been untrained or stupid people. Why do clowns like you resort to calling people names.

@@keithnorris8982 Maybe you weren't investigated or being subjected to inspection, because that's not the way cleaning inking rollers is done. One day you're certainly going to find out the hard way. If that's the way you taught your employees, then my friend you certainly are a sloppy pressman and have no respect to the laws of safety, and the safety of your employees.

Awesome he's got enough water to sink a battleship and this has caused a sheet to go in the rollers, fuck printing.

Running this machine back in the day was punishment for fucking up on a Heidelberg, you had to run envelopes. GET FUCKED.
