I remember doing this on a chief 17 back in the 70s . It's not hard at all. Printers in India are not as quality conscious as American printing.

I also ran a chief- 15 and 17 with a T - head... I ran process on it for the K- Tel music 8 track tape labels. It was so easy let these guys try a 6 color with a coater! 😂😂😂

So impressed with your professionalism and knowledge of your machine....

brought back memories. when I started my business 35yrs ago, I started with a Hamada star 700CDN. Today I have a full heidelberg shop, including a 4 colour MO. Love the smell of ink....

i used to work on the big 6 COLOR litho presses at james river corporation, SHEET FED litho presses , web fed roto gravre pressses, Zerand, and Bobst ChaMPLAIN.

I was a junior pressman back in the early 90s and they'd put me on the Hamada. I'd come in and see my helper with a big grin and just know... clack clack clack

Quality is so nice.. great printing skill. One will say that it is printed in four colour million dollar machine👍

I ran a Hamada Star 45 years ago, it didn't have claps then just pin bars, so you had to stop and alter the registration during the run as the printing plate would settle in. The first colour job I printed was a 4 page A4 leaflet for a Tunisian holiday company, I'd never even heard of the country. Those were the days 🙂

Well well I haven't seen a printing press in a long time grew up in the printing business as a young child smelling that ink and watching this man put the plate on the printing press reminds me of my youth damn I didn't know that they still did that and where they do that at and that's crazy much love to the printing business Pacific Southwest printing Northridge City stand up that's where I learned how to become a printer and a lot of other things too I love that keep it going

La verdad no me gusta la hamada, prefiero la Multilith 1250. ¿ Porque? Porque es mucho rollo tan solo para poner la lámina.

Olha o José Nunes aqui curtindo bastante o cheirinho da nossa tinta, só que a minha tinta é vinílica também, grande abraço para todos os gráficos

nice work. ask your boss for a 3302. you should have the ink keys and sweep adjusted so you don't need to spin the fountain roller by hand....ever. the press can run alot faster, you know ? resetting ink keys during a run is a sign of operator error and inexperience or that a pressure adjustment is needed between ink ductor and the fountain roller.

The press seems to be in good shape, registration and good inking and dampening rollers, but it's customarily that before the actual printing of the job, that waste paper is used to run up the color which will result in proper ink and water balance. The ink dwell can be regulated by notches on the dwell. Turning the dwell by hand will definitely result in up and down coloration.

Esta muy mal que en el camino se regule el tintero no sale todas a un mismo color 🤨🤨😔😔ni modo es la costumbre pero con una calidad yo no le aceptó ese trabajo.

Para sacar una selección de color blak, magenta , cian y yello la máquina tiene q estar en buenas condiciones y el prensista...

Yo fui prensista por 15 años y perdone no sé si yo estoy mál o ud pero en una máquina mono color se empieza por negro ,cyan ,magenta y quien le da el realce a la impresión es el amarillo yo he manejado GTO 52 bicolor solna, Roland
