2 main upgrades to make to your vehicle ready to go Offroad.
1. Locker - "4 wheel drive" is really just 2 wheel drive without a locker. A locker is a difficult job to do, and I would recommend having a professional do it. But it will make a world of difference offroad.
2. Ground Clearance - Approach Angle, Departure Angle, Breakover Angle, is all dependent on Tire Size. The bigger the tire, the better the ground clearance. But to fit those big tires, you need a lift. Toms Offroad has tons of lift options. Here's the one I have for my early Bronco.
