I have 3 5qt jugs of different oil I got to do out vehicles. Well I went down an oil rabbit hole and found a better oil I'd like to try. I got rid of the reciept thinking I was going to use the oil. They're all brand new. Will I have an issue returning them? Store credit is fine with me since I'll be getting more oil anyway. Thanks!

THIS VIDEO IS INSULTING! "We take your satisfaction seriously"? Walmart refused my refund item was never opened with original receipt purchased 2 days ago. "items can be returned or exchanged at any store"? Was told to take item to store location where it was purchased. "Use the mobile app to save your receipt"? Customer service Rep. grabbed phone from my hand when presented for them to scan TC barcode. "We are happy to help"? When I asked for a manager I was ganged up on by 3 employees talking over me and generally shooing me away contradicting everything this video is claiming. So basically they invoked their right to refuse service policy in every possible rude way besides simply saying we have the right to refuse service. I walked away from that situation called for the stores salaried manager to file a complaint he walks to me asks whats the problem i say I need to file a complaint that my phone was grabbed out of hand and employees were rude. His response was what was you returning? I showed him item he asks do you have receipt? i hand him receipt he says you have to take it to the store it was purchased have a nice day handing me back receipt.

Dude, you have to realize, Walmart can intend for this to be the norm but at the end of the day, you’re dealing with regular folks who work at Walmart and they make mistakes. Your average joe or Sally who work at Walmart don’t have videos like this in mind. “I just work here” is the mentality. It sucks that you were treated that way, and in order to make change, that’s when you contact corporate.

Contacting corporate gets taken serious. If enough people complain about a store, then management heads down to that store and fires the manager and get new staff. That’s what happened at my local one. They weren’t keeping shelves stocked and once the local news station did a story on it... boy. There was HELL to pay. Corporate came down and fired the manager and turned that place around.

The fresh guarantee refunds is a scam. Every time I’ve just brought back the receipt they act clueless and don’t know what to do and I had a manager tell me I need to bring the item in and she’s never processed that in the 13 years she’s worked there. You need to train your employees that this is the policy because clearly they don’t know

Why you cancel my minecraft order, I don't understand how I got credit card fraud. Is it because I used a gift card even though I'm supposed to input it as credit or debit?

Walmart is a big mess. Went to the store, paid through cashier, she scanned same item twice (because someome added two bars code in the same item - 2 different prices). In the meantime, the other item I was actually buying and which it was cheaper than the amount I was charged for never got scanned. How did I find out? When I decide to return it and they tried to say I never paid for the item. Well, it's not customers fault if the cashier scanned the wrong item twice. I'm so tired of Walmart. They need to train these employees effectively. I don't think I will ever shop at Walmart again. I rather to spend extra at Acme. No savings, but dignity.

Your Beloit store #2532 shelves are empty all the time. We now drive to Woodman's because we know they will have quality and stocked shelves. The following items never stocked: a pint of 2%W milk, Lacroix, Green Goddess dressing, Crystal Farms Cheese, to name a few. No consistencies in products and enormous price increases. Keurig Coffee Donut House Dark price was $11.98, now $13.98. There is no reason to shop at my local Walmart. We rather drive to the next town to other grocers such as Festival Foods, Meijer, Woodmans; I instead spend more money at Target than walk around my local Walmart because the store is never stocked. It's embarrassing because we now have this large Amazon distribution center coming, which will bring more people to the area. Homes continuously being built, and hotels are going up in the area, and this store is a MESS! You checked the website it will say available, and you get there, and it's not. I moved here from Freeport, Illinois to Beloit, Wisconsin, in 2016, and this particular store was beautifully kept and well stocked I bragged about it. Now my hometown Walmart store back in Freeport (an hour away) is way better. Management needs to change ASAP. I am asking all my friends to take it to social media.
