Love this. My man is a cdl driver, and we have a 6month old. So the thought of grocery shopping alone with our baby is draining. Especially if we plan on getting pregnant again. This is a life saver

There is no check-in button. I keep reading and hearing about this check-in button, but it's not there. I can look at my existing order that says it's ready for pickup, I found the directions on what you're supposed to do, but there's no check-in button. I WOULD assume that you have to be at Walmart, but they explicitly state you can let them know you're on the way. So precisely, exactly, where is this button? I'm in the app, I'm looking at my existing order. Where do I go from there? I've looked everywhere.

If you don't give your number to allow for text messages they let you know your order is ready by email, and you checkin using the email.

How does delivery service work does a 3rd party service do the shopping or does my ordered produce never touch a weight scale? I hope it does get weighed.

Walmart employee here. Whereas most WM stores partner with 3rd party apps to do deliveries, the shopping is done by a team of Walmart employees aka “personal shoppers”. And yes, we have calibrated scales for weighing any produce that is sold by weight (we weigh produce as we’re shopping)

Yes, I have a problem. I tried twice using the Walmart App to purchase my groceries for delivery & the acrylic code wouldn't accept my food stamp card. The isn't anything wrong with my EBT Card & I have enough funds. Who do I talk to about this issue because I know my groceries can still be delivered to my address.

Hi, I ordered a item on Walmart for pickup as a guest and it won’t let me check in because I don’t have an account and I made one now but it won’t let me put my order, Please help.

Can you order other things than goceries and can you order things thats not currently in stock in the store, if you order a while in advance?

Yes, depending on the type store. If it is a Neighborhood Market (just a grocery store) and not a Super Walmart, you will not be able to order some things, like motor oil, oil filters, hardware-in other words, most of the things that a Super Walmart has that a grocery store would not. If your order does contain items like that, and you usually use a Neighborhood Market, you can pick up your groceries as usual from the Neighborhood Market, and then they will fulfill the other part of the order with a home delivery carrier picked up at another local store, or they will ship it to you via a shipping carrier. Just watch the delivery charges. If you get your groceries from a Super Walmart, they will pick the non-grocery items and bring them out with everything else, as if they were bananas or something. I LOVE the Walmart curbside delivery. I've been using it since day one of its inception.

What happened to the curbside option!?? I don't see that option anymore anywhere within the app! Did you guys discontinue it? I really don't want to walk inside just to pick up an item!

You can choose how to get your items from the dropdown arrow at the top of the app! This will include delivery and pick up.
