Additional Update after posting this video - Exterior handle illumination added to rear doors to the 2025 model year. Plus this will be on sale starting April 2024.

Will there be changes coming to the US market you mentioned in your prior video such as ride quality, NVH improvements and refinement? Or are those limited only to the Japan market like the overtrail model?

They didn't say anything about it. We can only speculate at this time. They did add the rear door handle lights. But did not say anything about the NVH enhancements.

The press release images do not show the additional USB ports, I wonder if they are located in one of the storage boxes or perhaps the images are old stock photos that have been dated as 2025. I'm still waiting for the UK press release on this minor refresh as I ordered the NX350H F Sport 3 weeks ago and was told I'd be getting the 2025 model year. Hopefully I'll be able to add the Automatic Parking option. Great channel by the way thanks for the great info. I may be in touch to ask for images of the puddle lights you have so that I may order some too.

I believe it's inside the center arm rest. The images in the press release are older photos. If you are interested in the custom lights. Just let me know what you want and I'll send over the image.

The USB-C instead of A makes sense. LSFT, with drivers seat heating and cooling - is it only the back of the seat, or is it the base as well?

Yes Cs added makes sense. They still kept one A for data. The heated and cool seats and both the back and base.

The height and ground clearance both increased vs. the 24 models. I wonder if this means there was a change in the suspension. For Japan, Lexus touted the improvements they made in handling/quietness. I am trying to find out if those changes are also on the US models. The change in height/ground clearance makes me think the US models were also changed/improved.

That's the hard part to figure out. Since they haven't provided that info in the press release. If I were Lexus, I would have put it in, but then they didn't??? I would assume the 450h+ would have made such changes since it's made in Japan only. But not sure about the Canada plant made NXs.

Get the 450h+ "F" Sport and assure yourself you have the best........Serial #'s start w/ "J"........ and Only that model is exclusively made in Japan...Do not take a chance on ones made in Canada...it is well documented the build quality , althouh good, does Not rival the Japan build.

I am a Canadian in Taiwan, and I am on the cusp of buying a 2025 NX 350h. I am feeling apprehensive about pulling the trigger because I worry that the 2026 or 2027 NX might be significantly revised or improved. Any thoughts?

I think you are right. Mid-cycle refresh should happen for 2026 or 2027 model year. There should be some revisions and hopefully improve some shortcomings of the current generation. I'm still waiting for the RAV4 refresh to happen first - but it still pending and is expected around late this year. I guess it depends on your needs and how long you plan to own the car. The current generation is a great car, but if you are those who look for resell value and want the latest and greatest, then you might need to wait 1-2 years before the new refresh is released. I don't expect the NX refresh would be before the RAV4 redesign.

That should trickle down to Canadian models! Good news! Now I can wait to actually sit on my order to become 2025 450h+ base lol. Now the only difference is Intuitive parking assist, in Canadian spec sheet it's still not standard on 450h+ UP, and in US seems like it's now standard.

I posted the Canada 450h+ a few weeks back already. It's software enabled... so not sure if they will enable it for Canada, but we can see if it does trickle to Canada model or not. Can't trust their website for 100% accurate data.

@@lsft yeah I saw the video, as always great content! Intuitive park assist does include parking sensors correct? So hardware needs to be there too, currently 450h+ up does not have parking sensors at all which is insane

You are right. There is parking sensors. Not sure if it would be standard since the did officially release the 2025 on their website and from the info I received.

Off topic question. I have tried to use an OBD device to get diagnostic information but I can’t figured out which Lexus 450h+ option to pick. I tried several options but none of them worked.

What kind of information you looking for?

EU will get front and rear door handles illuminated. Currently obly fornt. Also wireless AA which is not available now.

Good to finally see wireless AA. The front and rear door handles - not sure if US will get them or not... those small details sometimes they don't provide in greater detail. Where you find that info in EU? I only know Poland and Finland has provided updated NX info.

@@lsft I heard about both modifications @andrzejbudzynski9237 mentioned from a German and a Hungarian dealer. None of them has been announced publicly but these upgrades were communicated in internal newsletters to dealers.
