Some of these tips such as not using slang speech in professional settings, should also be practised outside of work to break the habit. Or else one will find themselves doing this in places it is considered inappropiate. I even dislike slang texting. Lol. Great tips!

Even better than not using profanity or slang, refine your language. For example, when you greet someone instead of saying, "Hey" or "Hi", say "Good morning!" That is a better first impression.

Whether you are a leader or not, it is never good to gossip and share personal information. The focus should always be on the organization.

You may report it either to the appropriate office in authority in your organization, to the HR or to your senior manager. In many countries there are laws about that.
