Hey! Trump was found guilty of frequently and grossly misspending charity money on personal things for himself such as a 10,000 painting of HIMSELF. Jumal I wasn’t thinking along gender lines. I was thinking about how some folks get away with sexual harassment because they are charming and well liked. In contrast, other are held to a higher standard simply for not being as charming. I agree with Matthew. Some of that can be attributed to a power disparity, maybe some of the folks are considered charming because they aren’t a threat.

Had this exact situation happen to me once... The guy that was fired was this old black guy that was a jokester and everyone loved him. They fired him for drinking on the job. We all knew he did it and didn't care, but some new upstart manager just HAD to act like a big shot.
