Off Road Racing Shifter Kart Part 1

Ойын-сауық

In this video we are starting a new project, we are building an Off Road Racing Shifter Kart using a CR 125 dirt bike engine. I want this project to be small and fast with full suspension. I first start off with making the front hubs so we can have front brakes. then I start working on making the front A-arms and the beginnings of the frame.

I feel like he doesn't need to go through all those retakes just to get some nitpicky wording right. He could just correct himself and keep going instead of having to start over endless times... Imo it wouldn't make the videos worse. -Me and my coworkers allways have fun whenever someone makes a hillarious wordsalad. Some of them even become catchfrases or permanent expressions. It is just spice on life! :) -We renamed jigsaws into Rabbitdicks because one guy couldn't remember the name when asking for one and instead said "I need that effin saw that moves like a rabbits d'ck!"

I think your 1 of the only karting youtubers that hasn't built their selves a nice big workshop, yet your 1 of the only youtubers I watch, apart from Grind Hard Plumbing inc, who can & does fabricate all their own parts. Which is amazing to watch, especially from 1 so young. Your fabrication skills have gone from strength to strength where as some of the others I won't mention have got worse or at least not improved.wot so ever. If anyone on KZread building go karts disserves to treat themselves to an awesome fully loaded workshop, its you. . Luv ya work, thanks for sharing all these years . .

@@ratherBweldingChrishey bud. I've been wanting to tell you to check out the front suspension on the 24 can-am maverick r. It could solve a lot of the limited space while trying to get castor/camber without bump steer issues. I'd love to see your take on the geometry in a build. If you used something like the can-am suspension on this it could free up some space to mount the brakes so they're not taking up precious real estate.

Don't mind what people say, just keep doing your stuff and having fun, at the end of the day they are watching you for this. 😉

I would try to get the engine behind the center line as much as possible without being uncomfortable. After watching further i see the engine is back more. This is becoming a high interest to me! Maybe try rotating the expansion chamber 180° and see if itll work better that way.

i made front hubs out of two of those lawn mower deck spindles then little stand offs for bicycle rotors and brakes. i lucked out, the 4 holes on the deck spindles were the same pattern as the wheels, you have to build them backwards looking on account of you need the material to attach the tie rod and link, which, by the way i was able to bolt on. was the least of my problems
