Yes, the safety controls are a little crazy in the Jeep...we felt bad that it went off in the middle of the night.

Just found your channel and am enjoying watching your videos. The camprobber birds are mine and my wife’s favorite birds when we go hiking but you have to keep an eye out for your food cuz they’ll take it.

Yes!! We've already made modifications so we can sleep better! Amazing...hats off to you! I just couldn't imagine sleeping in a tent especially after that experience with the animal and the mountain weather going on! Glad you can do that and not be a scared like me 🤣 I'm a totally scaredy cat!! 🙃 Thanks for watching 💕💕

@@JeanieMarie if I didn’t bring my husband and usually a dog and horses with us, I don’t think I would be brave enough!! With all the animals around the wild animals usually stay away. We also live in Missouri, so there’s less of a chance (but still possible!) for bears & mountain lions here. 💕

Hello, my wife and I are planning on doing this type camping in Colorado . We are supposed to go the last week of September. Our 2016 4runner is a 2wd SUV, do you think we should be fine traveling in a 2wd this time of year?

Great video! The moon roof screen didn't work for me because it was too small. Plus the roof of my 2020 Santa Fe is fiber glass.

I am planning a firsr time trip to Colorado next year for my birthday! I'd love to know where this is!

Lol! I Hate scratching critters in the night lol.. that's why we chose a small truck camper 😬.. it has no bathroom but we have a portable threford. One inside, one outside ( in a shower tent). You made me laugh, cuz I can so relate😂 PS. I don't go out in nature after dark, I figure it's time to let the critters roam, while I enjoy our downloaded movies😊

It's not, it's just how the video records from selfie mode.

I'm pretty sure it was a porcupine under your Jeep. It happenned to me in the past. After all, porcupines are rodents. It also happenned to me in a outdoor toilet made of wood. Again, it was a porcupine... ;)
