Wow, living your best life you want to believe it. I can't begin to imagine how many of your viewers would be loving to live your life. I realize it is easier said than done. A person has to be independent, energetic, willing to do heavy work, be happy contented with one self, have a clear conscience, inner strength don't depend on others to make them happy, don't live in fear, others can contribute to ones happiness never other's responsibility. Seeing you pour out the chicken fat reminded of whenI was a tiny tot, many many years ago. If we had beef for our Sunday roast my dad would save the dripping (beef fat) and when solid he would spread it on thick crusty bread with pepper and we have it for our Sunday tea…

This is very similar to a Hawaiian version that was posted online. Macaroni; cubed ham, green/red bell pepper, pineapple; mayonnaise; a splash of apple cider vinegar; and honey, salt & pepper to taste. Yours looks great and the taste must be fabulous.
