This brings back memories of the simpler times... Chilling with friends in the basement, just smoking weed, not worrying about anything about what we’re going to do to pass the time, now we all don’t even talk to each other anymore. Everything is so fucked up now. I thought I was depressed back then, I now realize I just took for granted the freedom and friendship we all shared.

Holy shit I can’t believe I found this!!! I listened to this in middle school 😂😂 and it’s still the shit!!

Still to this day this is the peak of Metalcore. One of the albums of its genre and time.

Shayley's voice in this song gives me chills. God, I love the way Shay sings.

Man this is one of the albums that really got me invested into metalcore and heavier music in general. Every song is great and I have so many memories of driving around as a teenager listening to this. Good times.

Can't wait to see this live!

AUSTIN AND SHAY!!!!!!!!!!!=PURE PERFECTION

I started listening to this band when restoring force came out and was like alright these guys are not that bad but then I listened to the first two albums they produced and I gotta say the first two are far better then the latest. Shayley was so much more better then aaron and Austin was actually being the badass vocalist on every track not just some of them. Just my opinion of course and will continue to follow and support these guys.

Defintely my favorite era of metalcore. Joey Sturgis kind of created the blueprint to producing this style and it was so perfect.

I'm 22 now, and haven't really listened to stuff like this since 2016-17 and honestly I'm having a bit of a nostalgia trip. Remembering those peeps that I used to be friends with back then, and now I'm not friends with any of them. Guess things and people change 😎

Shayley Bourget and Austin Carlile were the ONES 😞 when they both left, of mice kinda lost its own identity. I strongly recommend you to search Dayshell (Shayley’s project since 2013 and still going) Austin currently has a Patreon but he isn’t making metalcore anymore because of his Marphan Syndrome
