Russian President Vladimir Putin commented on the U.S. presidential debate between presidential candidates Donald Trump and Joe Biden, saying "of course" he had seen it.
Asked about Trump's suggestion that the war in Ukraine could be ended swiftly, Putin said that Russia took him seriously.

Yep... Western politicians speaks on very low level. Russian officials speech more refering to civil servants, than to farmers, workers or outlaws. Besides, more than half of a russian population have a higher education. And most of the rest finished "college"(professional education). So... Ye... A bit higher popular speech standard. But not so high as a professional speech - you can watch some Putin's or Medvedev's(ex president) law lections or some economic interviews of our Central Bank leader - that's is the High Level.
