Well shit, good thing i watched this before aligning my pump...didnt put the o-ring in and there was no spring on the pin in my core unless it fell out on my floor and that wont be found...

Apparently to find a spring just get frustrated with that damn snap ring in the bottom of the case and throw the pliers on the ground and amazingly the spring appears 😂

On the boost valve. Can you interchange between oring style and non oring? If so what do you prefure

Yes you can interchange. I prefer non o ring myself.

2015 Ford Transit XLT 350 HD (rare 5lug HD model) I carried too much weight up top on my upper racks going up a hill when I had around 50000 mi and the transmission got really hot Ever since then when I put it in 6th Gear (overdrive) Under a load it will shutter or vibrate For the past 130,000 miles I've been driving it around in 5th gear without a problem If I wanted to fix the shuttering in 6th Gear problem do you have any idea what that would be? When I was going up the hill I had it in overdrive when I should have been manually Shifting the gears

Sounds like you fried your 6th gear and or lockup clutch. You got the trans hot and hurt it badly, its just what happens and theres no easy fix.

I am working on a Ls3 swap in a 03'Crown Vic. She is heavy. I've heard the gear ratios are better in the 4L60. I'm going for about 500 wheel ish horse power. N/A street car maybe some burnouts. Can I run a 60 without having to drop 5 grand in it or should I just run a 4L80?.

Easily accomplished for 3200.00 shipped through us for a 700whp 60e. Theres no need to run an 80 it will slow you down 100%
