Because you can't feed people undercooked food. I think that's why Logan didn't win. His Pig skin was beautiful though. I love their relationship and I hope they continue being best pals.

That's not how i remember it...

Big T won fair and square Logan was great but his hog was undercook in some spaces Food is about how edible and how tastefully It is food can look great all it wants But if its undercooked and it taste bad, it doesn't matter. Logan's hog looked pretty. I'll give him that. But his shoulders were very undercooked and that was the deciding factor If Logan's hog was cooked all the way through he would've won but it wasn't I Played basketball at high level for many years And in basketball culture we got old saying called A million dollar move with a two dollar finish meaning it doesn't matter how pretty the move looks if you can't finish and score the ball for points What good is a move that looks good If you can't finish and score after and that's what logan did

thyron never won, that competition was about race, not bbq, very sad
